A quicker way to select those edges would be to Select->All in Edge mode. Then Select->Boundary Loop. You're welcome :)

This was the newer version. Thirty hours to render, that would be very high settings. A standard computer couldn't handle that.🙄

I knew 32GB was a must. On 16GB, but for the older file.

None of these happened for me. done the exact same thing, all the size and scale etc.. there was a giant wave bigger that the whole scene, none of the obsticles reacted to it and there were no material section in flipfluids.
