Its a pretty cool project - I think the Trey (The Architect) did a spectacular design on the House.. I was lucky enough to design the landscape! Keep up the great work dude!!
Thanks Chris! I hope all is well! How are you enjoying Lumion 12? I'm still on the fence - I have been playing around with Twinmotion 2022.. but it hard to teach on old dog new tricks :)
Congratulations on your work, you have achieved a very good result. I don't know if you could answer a question ... how did you make the water fall into the pool to foam on the surface? have you added a small waterfall on the surface? Thanks for showing us your work, greetings. ;)
Pablo - the waterfall is the water fall material in Lumion. I then added a fountain effect - scaled it way down and put it slightly below the surface of the pool to look like a splash. I hope that makes sense.. Chuck
Richard - you are correct - that was one big file! It's was really bogging down in Lumion 10.5 - but when I upgraded to 11, it ran a lot smother! Thanks, Chuck
This is awesome! It is rare to see such large scale projects in Lumion. Are all of the buildings that actual ones being developed or are some placeholders?
Phase 2&3 are the actual buildings (but they could still change) - all the future building I made up. This is my third Large scale project in Lumion. My other two were Harris Ranch ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-HZRHrC63omQ.html Camp Rainbow Gold ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-RRPpp5KgwBQ.html Thanks Chuck
Richard - thanks for taking time to view and comment on one of my videos. I created this model off the Architect's drawings - I know there were revisions after this initial presentation - but I am not sure if the alter was one the revisions. Thanks, Chuck
Chris, I have created 3 different boulder wall components in SketchUp. Each Component has around 10 Boulders each (ranges between 6'-15' long and 3'-6' high). On the back side on the component I have straight wall painted a different color. I use this wall to set and rotate the boulder wall components. In Lumion I paint the back wall invisible. Sorry for Rambling and I hope that makes sense??!! It does take a little bit of time - But I always make sure sloped sites are more than flat sites in my proposals. Chuck
