Welcome! Beautiful Salvage creates and sells unique, repurposed, and upcycled items to make your home and cabin beautiful. We have a love and passion for finding old and used items that would usually be overlooked. Through salvaging, we upcycle an item by adding paint, reconstructing, or simply taking measures to preserve it. On this channel you will find Aimee, Julie, and Angie creating beautiful home decor, and sharing how it's done-SO FUN!
Junk Box Challenge - People donate a "junk box" where we transform the items into new products for the store. Come along for the fun! Be prepared to laugh. :D Out Junkin' Trips - Come along as we go out junkin' to find new treasures on the road. It's an experience you don't want to miss as we encounter many interesting finds to upcycle!
Just discovered your channel and am glad I did! I’m down in Southern GA so unfortunately won’t be able to visit your store. Beautiful projects! Blessings!!!
Thank you! So glad you found us! We are going to wish we were in Southern Georgia in a couple months when it is -30 degrees! We do have an online store you can check out! Beautifulsalvage.com.
I love all your projects! I think my favorite is your little round table. It turned out gorgeous! What is the name of the stamp with the wording on it. I am on the process of re-doing a small table that I got for free and might like to try that on my table.
Hi I just stumbled onto your channel and I'm so pleased that I did. I loved all of your upcycles today. I also just finished a project using the Elysium transfer. It has to be one of their most beautiful yet. (And there are many!!) The charging station table is so clever and adorable. I loved all of them. I look forward to seeing more of your transformations. All the best. Patty K.
Love ALL the projects, but what amaze me, is how you craft/DIY with a beautiful top on and your nails is manicured. I'm a messy crafter. Have 3 jeans speckled with paint, glue, resin, etc. and I always say, my hands and nails are any beauticion's nightmare. 😮
You are such an inspiration! I loved how the dry brushing technique looks. Really hard to pick a favorite but the tables are so pretty. I loved how you created handles for the milk jars. Keep creating and posting and I will keep watching.
I enjoy the crafting and work you Ladies do! I like the tall basket with florals best. I’m sure it is difficult waiting on the completion of your building. Thank you for sharing with us.
@@beautifulsalvage yeah sometimes i go back and visit my bf in my old neighbor hold on Dreapeau Dr the old ft hill ct near wear the old New Milford High School was
Good grief that be wicked. Talent fliws in you. Wonderful. My superpower with frames is restoring them when they have really bad holes in them. If you ever need tips I know this isn't humble to say, but I can help. Just reply to one of my comments and I can get to you.
I work in a place where we get a lot of free vases I picked up a vase that looks like the dark brown one so I'm going to paint the inside dark brown and then I can put the greenery on top. QUESTION: Have you ever put paint on the inside of a jar?. I know I've done it in the past but I've had problems with flaking if you have any suggestions I would love to hear them
I am currently spray painting the outside of some glass bottles… hopefully it will be in a video soon. If putting water in the vase maybe try using an exterior epoxy paint. It is just an idea and I don’t know if it will work but it might be worth a try.
@@beautifulsalvage I love to take screenshots. Problem is I take to many. I'm a bit of a broken record because I say this to everybody who replies to me. You replying to me jogs my memory. Plus now I'm going to have to subscribe to you because you took the time to reply to me, so you must be a nice person😉
Thanks Aimee for the lovely compliments! It was wonderful visiting with all of you. Glad you are enjoying the “stuff “ 😊 I have no idea what that little cabinet was for. I loved it and bought it. Can’t wait to see what you do with everything. As I said before, don’t show me, I’ll probably want it back!
We would love to do a video on that soon! I (Aimee) am the owner of Beautiful Salvage. I am so thankful to have my aunts Angie and Julie who have the same passion for creating as I do. They help me out in so many ways, both are retired and will be working at the new boutique when we open. You can check out our brick and mortar playlist for more information. We also have a Facebook page where I post updates on the building progress. Thanks for the question! ru-vid.com/group/PLYA3WRQ5WkMBW7pZPfJBNfAELkCqXODZO&si=unvlOTE2CuapU03H
