After 2 years of living in the County we sold and moved to west Belleville..Many reasons why. Tourists, Taxes, Ticks and the water situation in the County. Its a great place to visit but not to live full time. There is a strong bias against those who move in from TO.
Hello Jeremy, seen some of your videos and they are very informative and straight to the point. Lots of maps, aerial views, local and neighboring information backed with data. I'm drawn to this beautiful compact city
thats not true you can get to the industrial park easily its like a 1 minute drive yo just go across the cannifton bridge to adam street i believe its not hard to get there
Now, real locals know the pain of "Astra" another name for Trenton on google maps 😂 a bunch of websites used to make you use Astra for shipping and it was always confusing
Belleville basically is a base to drive anywhere else to “do” something. Overpriced retirement community with large addictions issues do to “services” offered, they ship them in from outside areas. Buy in Stirling, Frankford, Trenton etc not Belleville
If you don't drive, don't move here! Unless you live right downtown, there's no shopping, no medical facilities, no doctors, no restaurants, no work to go to. And...surprise! Little public transit.
I would not listen to this guy for anything. A realtor who comes up with bad things to say about the city instead of trying to sell the city. I realtor is to sell not detour people from buying. thats basic 101 for any salesman. you come up with a bad point, but at the same time turn it around to make it a good point.
Move out of Canada and stop being robbed and abused by liberals. Canada is a severely depressed economy. Many countries average wages are double. Go to a tax friendly nation.
I hate living here. Feels like it's becoming Toronto and not a nice small town anymore. Also I can't walk down the bike path without homeless drug addicts staring at me. All of the ally's downtown have dog shit and human urine everywhere in summer it's gross and smelly.
I don’t recommend Belleville, I grew up there and almost all my friends still there are either furries, gay, gang, or druggies. And it’s a druggie overloaded place, crime, and lots of homeless people! I know many issues that have went on there, they just don’t talk about the bad things because they don’t want to wreck their cities reputation🥱

Belleville was great 20 years ago when I went to Loyalist and got a job at Frontier. Now, it’s has its issues with drug addicts and homelessness. Very sad there now.
Thumbs down because you live in Trenton but cant video the train or bridge? You use other clips that aren't even in our country? Then for dinning you tell people go to Belleville? Trenton has the best restaurant here, Tomassos Aka Jims Pizza
Thank you so much for the information about Batawa, I have not heard about this small town before I saw your video, I will definitely bring my family to visit Batawa in the summer.
Great questions - as I understand it, they will not issue an additional license as that is a separate unit. That being said, I've not checked with the municipality on this exact scenario - I'll follow up if I get a more concrete answer.
