Thank you so much! Ceremony is the 1st single I ever bought (12" in 1980) after hearing New Order on Radio 1, John Peel. Your guitar tone is even better than the original -- rawer!💙
Hey I'm not sure if you'll respond or not since this is quite an old video but I'm really interested in drum machines and sequencers in a way such as yourself to use in live scenarios i was wondering if you had any advice?
Hey, sure, it's basic but I'd recommend to rehearse a lot with your gear to be as prepared as possible for performing live, and to be as familiar as possible with the gear and the sequences, as most machines can't improvise like a good drummer can if anything goes wrong. Cheers
I am 9 yeaars late to the comment game, but you 're cover is a testament to the timelessment nature of Joy Division's Music. Exceptional sound singing and playing you achieved. Wow, so well done mate's ! I listened to Joy Divisions Music in college 79 - 83 in the Dept. Of Art. Still as relevant today as ever ! Thank you for sharing !
Not bad, but Ian Curtis' voice was quite something different. I miss the deeper volume in your voice, not to mention the sadness/depressive part. It's a good rendition, seriously, just not "Atmospheric" enough for my taste. Well done, still.
So glad you're back to releasing videos. Huge fan of you ever since the Joy Division covers. Honestly, I'm not surprised that your original music is so good. Keep up the great work, you have a lot of potential
So I just watched a few of your Joy division covers and noticed those were from 10 years ago. I looked on your channel and what do you know, this one is from 3 months ago and you're still kicking it like you used to. Love to see it!
I have a request, would you do cover songs on Goth band She Wants Revenge? I put them in the same category as Placebo, Bauhaus, and Siouxsie and the Banshees. It seems dark wave bands put more emphasis on the bass.
