Hey great vlog 🙏🏻 how you finding it in Nottingham nearly a year later, this is my hometown 🙌🏻❤️. It is full of students in city centre now so many student accommodation.
Thx for the recommendation, gonna switch my lebara when im arrived for sure 😅 Anyway, can u make a review videos of each accomodation? I kinda believed u got alot of friend in different accom 😅
Tip for the weather here: like you said, it's very bipolar. In one day it will go from sunny to freezing cold. My best advice is to have clothes which are easy to adjust throughout the day. I deal with the weather by wearing short sleeves and having a thin hoodie along with a jacket. If it gets suddenly hot then I quickly take off my hoodie and jacket, hoodie in bag and carry the jacket around. If it gets slightly colder then I put the hoodie on. If it is suddenly very cold, I put the jacket on. Works best for me other than from February-April time when it's the coldest. At that point the only thing I can wear is long sleeves, thick hoodie, AND jacket all at the same time 😭
i will be flying to the UK during september, are there any ways to secure the sim card deal now? cuz it seems that the sim needs to be delivered to a UK residence...
have u secured a place to stay? u can ask them if delivering a simcard earlier than ur arrival date is fine or you can ask school for any guidance regarding the query (e.g. admissions office) !!
@@jenerous210 hi, thanks for the reply! I've contacted voxi and they said they cant delay deliveries so I'm emailing my accom (then admissions/friend) to see if they're okay with holding on my sim card. did you ask ur uni/friends/accom to hold onto ur sim before you arrive?
I consider applying for a similar program 2+2, but first 2 years in Vietnam and then to Nottingham UK too. I'm just wondering do you apply for scholarship when going to Nottingham? Thanks a lot for your info about accomodation and so since there's not much info about Nottingham Uni on youtube
