I have the 2.0 skyactiv X AWD automatic and got a genuine 50.9 mpg on a run from Sheffield to Caernarfon in Wales, this included A roads, B roads, motorways and town driving. While there for a holiday drove all over North Wales including mountain passes and the mpg only dropped to 45.7 mpg so can't complain. Got 53.4 mpg driving home to Sheffield. These are genuine mpg reading from both the cars computer and my own measurements based on mileage and litres of fuel purchased and they match within 0.3 mpg.
"ISG assists drive in a wide variety of everyday driving situations" Which ones ? I own a Mazda M Hybrid and I wonder what else it does other than the start/stop. The ISG doesn't seem to help moving the car.
our bt50 2022 failed. it just past 1 yr old when we got out from mazda and the starter motor broke. now we are still waiting to get our pickup back. it's been 4 days already. They said if the stock is available in manila, we have to wait 3-4 weeks. if not, it has to come from japan, we have to wait 3-4 months. VERY DISAPPOINTING! I regret getting the Mazda BT50! I was choosing between hilux, pro 4x nissan and I chose Mazda. NOW I REGRET IT! BIG TIME!
The only thing I felt a bit disappointed, is the heating seats, which in Philippines are kinda useless 😅 It would have been nice and better, if Mazda had replaced them by a Aircon ventilated seats, which would have been more on part with the Philippines weather. 😉 Maybe a good idea of modifications, and feature to add on the next top the line upgrades. 👍🏻💯

This system should be banned from using the name "hybrid". It's just a hoax to avoid regulations. That's why it doesn't say by how much it improves fuel efficiency because it almost doesn't. I am a Mazda fan and I own a Mazda but I am allergic to BS.
So basically, it works the same way as the Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid? If it does, then Mazda Hybrid function combined with reliability plus luxurious comfort is a must choice 🔥
Mazda is truly a masterpiece of art. Mazda Maz-maganda Maz-safety Maz-matibay Maz-angat sa iba.. Sana my Mazda ako para ma-experience Ko Kung gaano kaganda i.drive ang Mazda kahit secondhand man Lang.
@@JDOFunofficialI don't think so. I mean, I'm always updating myself about cars, and I never heard about it. Mazda and Isuzu are only sharing the pick-up platform.

Isuzu did a one full tank challenge with the Isuzu D-Max in Philippines. The D-Max successfully reached a maximum of 1564 km with the 76 liters of diesel tank it has. Autodeal reported 10.5 km/L in the city, and 18.1 km/L on highway, which pretty decent numbers when compared with other pick-ups. Video available on RU-vid on Isuzu Philippines.
The Isuzu 3.0 engine is actually pretty amazingly good enough. 1564 km done on a one full tank challenge, and global performances are plenty enough for a pick-up. The problem of developing their own new engine, is the facts it takes lot of time, and it requires lot of money as well. The engineering costs are going higher and higher, so for Mazda which is only selling small numbers of pick-ups compared to Toyota, Mitsubishi, Nissan, it's not worth spending that much money for a low selling vehicle. That's why Mazda is teaming with Isuzu, to make their BT-50. Sharing the costs is the new processes of many manufacturers. Before Mazda BT-50 was based on Ford ranger because Mazda was partly owned by Ford. Now since the economic crisis that happened back then, Toyota bought back the Mazda shares to Ford.
@@kasugakyosuke6441 no doubt, isuzu engines are very much reliable, solid built... I guess putting a mazda skyactive D diesel engine like the ones fitted in CX5s are indeed costly... For me, it is something I can only dream about.
So I'm curious as to what the solution is for the positive crank-case pressure system, you know the hose that connects the valve cover to the intake where the engine sucks oil into the intake ports.. Not an issue on normal engines that fuel injectors placed inside the intake, thus spraying fuel in the intake and washing the intake runners and the tops of the valves on its way to the combustion chamber. However a direct injection engine, doesn't have this self cleaning feature...
Why people don't FUKING READ... it is the FIRST phrase it shows on the video: The power goes MAINLY to the front wheels... the truth is, the awd system is ALWAYS ON. It gives to the front wheels just 78% of the whole power, the 22% is at the back. When accellerating, or the computer undertands: "Ok, he wants to have fun" it goes in 50/50 awd normal system. If it was 100% front and on my command i wanted the power to the rear at 50/50 it was called 4WD not AWD. Everyone knows the Fiat panda... the version 4x4 works this way, u have to ingage it. Same in pick up trucks (but reversed to the rear wheels). Read and document before judging.
