That locking washer is a game changer. Those bottom pins always move no mater how tight you make them and how much lock tight you put on them. I've always tried to avoid using them and instead used double top straps, which limits what brand of gate you can use. More adjustment is also great. You should hook me up with a few to test. I've been using SH8025 almost exclusively for 3 years in some very challenging situations. Could give you some good feedback. Let me know if you want my contact details. Coen - Full Metal Fencing
