Living very rural in Cherryville BC after 15 years in New Zealand the Okanagan Valley brought my wife and myself are both Vancouverites by birth back to Canada. I was air-crew for 15 years with CP Air / Canadian so I travelled the world and saw what there was to see, and after checking many Latin countries we saw a clear victory for Uruguay. 2022 after hitting the jackpot on our property we flew off round and down. Buying a 10 year old modern beach house on our empty beach. Love it, the people, weather, and lack of political and religious correctness a simple retirement choice.. Investments are in Canada so only property tax here all good in retirement
As a Malaysian, I'm aspiring to make my debut and work in Germany. Currently, the language barrier is a challenge, as I'm only proficient in Deutsch at the A2 level. However, I'm dedicated to continuously improving my German language skills up to B1 or B2 level. In the meantime, do you think my existing proficiency in English would be sufficient to help me move and work in Germany?" Any advice and recommendation?
Been saying for years that KL is the most bang for the buck when it comes to affordability and standard of living. KL is just a good as Singapore but a fraction of the price
There is no danger that the quota of approved applications will be reached. The program is wildly expensive. Who wrote the script for this video? It's almost complete fantasy.
It is true that Kuala Lumpur might be less expensive for foreigners than other Southeast Asian cities, especially for those whose main source of income is in foreign currencies. But for those of us who get paid in Ringgit, Kuala Lumpur might not be as a cheap city as it was a few years ago. This is because, in comparison to other major currencies and our neighbours' currencies, ours is comparatively weaker. Salary increases don't keep up with the cost of goods. Malaysia yet attracts a large number of foreign workers in Southeast Asia in spite of all of these. Malaysians are generally quite kind and welcoming, even though it could cause us a lot of inconvenience in competing with foreign workers.
@@askarsepoi - That type of work will never pique the interest of young Malaysians. As such, the only candidates to compete for the positions are old individuals and foreign workers. The young people would choose to work as industrial workers, shop attendants, hotel staff, e-healing drivers, government agencies or corporation staff. The majority of foreigners who opt to work here are either business owners, representative of multinational companies or staff of embassies.

As I check the internet, the Malaysian housings, rent or buy are much more favourable than in Thailand. Accommodation and cost. I guess foreigners coming better around with English conversation in Kuala Lumpur. Have a fine impression with my some time ago at both cities. For retirement move, I've more confidence to move to Kuala Lumpur for several reasons. Appreciate any advice or information. Martin
it sounds like you never visited Mexico. Myself and many others spend plenty of time there. Saying it's down right dangerous for any one group on the planet is just false and misleading.
