Great review really loving both the new reef and dune. Currently deciding which one to get for baby number 3. Can I just ask do you still get the sun sail with the new dune and reef? Thank you. X
Hi! My husband installed the isofix base correctly but locked the car seat incorrectly. Would you know how to take it out? I press the grey bottom to release it from the isofix but it doesn’t. :(
This baby stroller is just adorable, and one of my favorites. It reminds me a lot of the baby strollers from the past, which I loved. I don't know if I paid attention to the video, but how much weight can this stroller hold? And what's the biggest stroller you have, in this Pram style? Thank you, I love your videos.
Thank you so much! I'm in my third trimester and we bought this car seat and it's so helpful to know what to do if I use the car seat in my parents' car (which I will definitely be doing at some point). Really helpful!
We currently have the wave as the first reef just kept breaking. Considering selling our wave ( we won’t have our children close together so don’t need the dual feature) . We go off road . Which has the biggest wheels please? The wave or reef2? Thank you for such a helpful review 😊 lovely to see it so close. Where are you based?
Thank you for your kind words, we are based in Canterbury Kent, but people travel from all over the country (and further) to visit us! The Wave does have slightly bigger wheels than the Reef 2, but the Reef 2 is alot lighter.
No matter how tight I have the belt, the seat is easily pushed up towards the back of the seat its secured in. Its fine side to side and the other way (pushing seat towards back of the seat in front)
Really looking forward to seeing this in real life especially the lighter chassis and easier to tip up curbs the last model of this and the dune was so heavy
Preordered mine yesterday at the baby expo in Melbourne Australia. It’s so great, such a beautiful pram. Easy to manoeuvre and super comfortable for tall and short people. I got the pistachio colour, it’s so soft and beautiful. The colour range was so pretty and just had a really really nice quality about it. I also was told I’d be able to buy additional hoods if I wanted for aud $200-$300 I was originally looking at the uppababy vista but when I compared the two I absolutely fell in love with the orange 4. Well worth it.
The person in the video going onto the plane just illustrated how to fold the Aer stroller if you want to scratch up the front of the frame. If you put the brake on first that will avoid the buggy tipping over during a fold.
Honestly it is not worth the money. We have bought one and for the price tag its not really special. Its also not the quality i expect for the money. The other brands are mostly less fancy but more stable. The Base for the car is not propperly fitting into the IsoFix points. Its rattling around. Its also hard to find the points to lock it in the Car. Dont get me wrong, its okay and it works but not as good i expect for the money. Other Brands do the same job for less money.
You need to have the legs extended o think so it thinks there's enough pressure on it, safety feature to make sure it's secure when it's in the car or if it comes loose.
DO NOT BUY FROM CYBEX I'm extremely disappointed with the Cybex Sirona car seat, which I bought for my 12-month-old child. The chest piece buckle can be easily unclipped by my child, making it a serious safety concern. When I reported this issue to Cybex, I was asked for videos, which I never received a response to. When I followed up with a phone call, the representative told me they don't consider it an issue. Unacceptable! As a result, I'm done with Cybex products. Their lack of responsiveness and dismissive attitude towards a critical safety flaw is shocking. I'll make sure to warn others about their subpar quality and terrible customer service. To other parents, avoid Cybex products if you care about your child's safety. We deserve better from companies that claim to provide essential products for our kids.
