I'm GG PLAYER from Russia and this is channel about fighting games, mostly Guilty Gear. Here I post our casual sessions, tutorials and sometimes even combo movies.
Nice =3 Хоро, не знаю как еще с тобой связаться =) У тебя осталась админка на группу Диззи в вк? Боюсь, она осталась без руля. Хочу попросить тебя по возможности добавить меня в администрацию.
You'd definitely be able to get 7 Flamethrowers in one combo. Just X-Factor cancel the super towards the end and replace the super hits with a flamethrower.
This is pretty cool. I decided the other day to mess around with Axl for fun and see if I could learn some cool combos. This just gave me a lot of ideas. Previously I was doing stuff like [1]H(2) [1]D Rensen FRC 5H 6H 2S(2) jc j.H j.D 623D 623H. I hadn't even thought of using S Raieigeki like you do and I had kind of written off the use of Benten Gari in combos until I saw how you used it. I dunno if I'm fast & precise enough on my directional inputs to do some of the movements that you do here though.
Greybeard: "Go home and learn some shouts". the Dragonborn come the next day and says "look wat I learned".Greybeard: wat Dragonborn "this SONIC BOOM!!"
You are right. I was under the impression that you could time it so that the f.S frame would be during riseup inv, but then you don't get the throw. My bad But yeah, like you say. You shouldn't mash this all the time. It's a counter to a specific riseup situation, but you have to understand the situation you are in in order to pick the right way to respond
I think you don't understand something. Unthrowable meaties too easy to see through. Actually, the best way to bait throw is leaving a gap, letting you mash H and to scoring CH with certain moves - that's too far away from meaty and this OS beats it clearly. Also you are free to do that OS not on the 1 frame of wake-up. You can block several frames and then attempt to throw, and if you good enough you even can block low before a throw.
Yeah, but you still can't block meaties with this technique. Most people do meaties that are unthrowable, and this isn't an option select that will throw when throw is possible and FD immediately if throw is not possible. According to you this is an OS that will get you killed if someone performs an unthrowable meaty. Which everybody does. All the time. Unless I'm not understanding correctly.
Will you push a button if you see that opponent outside of throw range? It's not a tool that allows to mash throw every time you got knocked down. That OS helps against throwbait attempts, for example Baiken -dash-in 6K- or -dash-in 8 j.H, Air Tatami- or Jam 6H and also limits opponent options up-close to you. So it's already better that raw throw attempt.
Wait, if that's the case, then what's the point of this OS? If any meaty performed outside of throw range will CH it, then isn't it pretty much the exact same thing as mashing throw alone and getting CH out of that?
I think kara-cancelling can be done into low block like 4H+S~1K. This OS still has several weaknesses. For example meaty attack outside of throw range is pretty much free CH.
Can't say she is boring (winning is fun) but she is unicellular in terms of gameplay. H-Ryougi and almost any other characters is MUCH more interesting for learning and playing
