I have a 400an and it worked fine until it started starving for fuel and went dead. I wish I knew how to test the injector pump. I get fuel to that point.
Please don't insult the BELA ROOS comparing it to a Dutz. Bought mine brand new in 1993, still have it. My tractor has never, l mean "NEVER" has failed to start, great tractors 💪PS always reinstall cotter pin in bellhousing. The most neglected brand out there

Only asking cause mines cut off at the same spot and I’m having horrible hesitation due to no back pressure and I got a check engine light from the 02s
Ok i just want to point a few things out. One that is a catalytic converter, not a resonator. Two thats not straight piped, you have three cats on that. And how did that defer the exhaust from the back seat, besides it angles down. For others. Ive cut that cut off put a gutted 12 inch thrush tube above my cross member, an put a y pipe an dualed it in front of the tires. In side aint bad. But out side its pretty loud an obnoxious. But thats the way i like it lol
Hello! I just got one recently but I have a problem with the clutch. I do lack knowledge on how to operate a tractor. But i know how to drive a manual transmission. Previous owner told me he recently changed the clutch. When I am pressing the clutch in first gear it move forward. But when I release the clutch it stop moving. Even if I give gas the engine is just forcing like if it is in neutral. Any Idea what is going on with it? People told me it is the clutch adjustment or i have to split the engine... not sure by splitting the engine means 😅 Thanks for the help!
That's an interesting problem. It sounds like the clutch is either very out of adjustment, or the clutch linkage/forks have shifted or rotated from their correct position. Split the engine means to detach the engine from transmission to access the clutch assembly. This is done by separating the front half of the tractor from the back half.
@@Thephotonguy Thank you! I will try to adjust the clutch. If you do some video about how to drive or maintenance. I would be much interested to see how you do them. There are not much video on how to operate them for this model. Im glad I got to see your content!
You know they're the worst tractor ever made, according to people who've never owned one. I bought a 250as brand new, in 1993, still have it, never ever failed to start, ever. Little things here and there( hydraulic leaks)mostly. The only thing i regret, not getting the 4cyl air cooled diesel. If people treated them as well as they treat their pets, they wouldn't look so bad, but i guess that's what keeps the price low
Considering the price of any old or new tractors nowadays, Belarus is the most durable and durable indestructible out there especially with low price maintenance and cheap to buy for parts and they’re also super cheap
Had our driver run our big cam hot enough to blow oil out of the oil fill then lock up the engine do you think an in frame rebuild will bring it back to life?
You'll have to look at the crank and sleeve bores. When a motor locks up like that, everything gets VERY hot. An inframe rebuild will usually work, just make sure all the parts not being replaced are still in spec
I remember when I had my NTC 855 Big Cam IV formula cpl#896 rebuilt that was in my 88 double bunk Pete it started off as a 315 hp when I was finished it was up around 450
Ya my muffler is f'ked(knocked loose bogging) and is as loud as a straight pipe. I find dropping the rpm or even raising it can help at higher speeds. I'm getting it straight piped this month we will see if there is a difference! Haha
