@@munkemune yeah hopefully that’s the case. Sometimes people see things and it sits in their inbox like they should do it and then it ends up on the back burner and lost in their inbox.
Hey! so i was going through the process of this and they are asking for a licence proof for pesticide operator, when the services i clicked where, Lawn mowing / maintenance, mulching, Sod Installation, Yard Cleanup. I don't have a license lol, I have insurance but for lawn care, i don't know anyone that has a license. Any idea of what i should do ?
Great video! Your explanation of how long it takes to see marketing results and the breakdown of digital marketing costs was really helpful. The Q&A section clarified a lot about measuring success. Thanks for sharing such valuable insights!
Hello! A customer wrote a 1 star review because he found out that I was working with a supplier (another tour agency) and my supplier has a cheaper price for the service, he wrote my price, the price and name of my supplier. What would you do? Many thanks!
@@luisalbertoguizar it sounds like you bought the product then increased the price for margin and the end customer found out and is upset? If this relationship is not open to “anyone” like a residential customer I would respond explaining you have a relationship to get pricing based on volume. I would lean into the relationship in the response. The other thing would be to contact the customer and discuss a solution off line and ask to make it right and change the review.
@@phlashconsulting hello! Thanks for your response. Yes, I increase the price of the product like any other business. If I talk with him, he possibly would want the money back. I don't know him and there's a risk that he doesn't delete the review.
@@luisalbertoguizar I would respond and explain like most businesses, you work with suppliers that give wholesale pricing to vendors like my company. Then share the benefit of working with you instead of your company. I would also end it with a message to contact you to discuss if they would like. Basically you want prospects to realize that this is not a bait and switch, but a business doing business that adds value, while also showing you take reviews and customer service seriously.
Can you make more videos specifically with Jobber and zapier? Im trying to figure out how to get a zap to the quote follow up after the quote has been approved.
Or they both think you're full of crap and are tired of the high pressure sales tactics. If I need your services I'll find you. Get the hell off my porch
Sir could you recommend some top books and tips to read for starting service based business as hvac site and design engineer in Aec construction industry working for air conditioning projects.. what are some best paths to take on..
@@phlashconsulting It means a lot 😊 Thanks a Ton !! Also could u suggest few on increasing self belief in testing times by keeping momentum and become confident courageous in uncertainty to thrive alone...
@@Revitauto the top 3 things are: 1 - contact form above the first scroll 2 - click to call button above the first scroll on mobile 3 - chat widget to answer questions
Video doesn't help at all! Once your trial period is over, your QR code will expire. This means it won't be valid anymore, and you'll be unable to use the QR code. Waste of time!
Wow worth watching, Zyratalk rocks!!! I tried listening to their sample call and you can even distinguish thats an AI if it was not mention on the call that they are an AI assistant. Amazing!!! I believe that this is the next Big thing!!!
@@phlashconsulting yeah man. Using Brightlocal and a few other minor tools. We built our site on a “weird” cms… maybe we’ve tapped its potential? We are light on reviews but are like less that 10 behind our closest competitor
this is a problem which google leaves everyone free to do criticism without any control and everyone can create a simple profile and write what they want because I had the same problem I filed a complaint against google through the protections I am disappointed because google leaves everyone should make a complaint while other companies such as booking trip advison require that you have not used the service to make a complaint and you will be judged
Really enjoyed the content on lead generation here. If I could suggest, cold emails can be a huge unlocker. FilterBounce has made email verifications super smooth and has kept the bounce rate under 1%. Affordable and reliable, definitely a go-to option for me.
Your strategies for lead gen are spot on, combined them with cold emails to see a real boost. Tried out FilterBounce for the past five months and it is awesome. Email verifications are quick and maintain my bounce rate under 1%. It is affordable too, starting at just $10/month.
Awesome advice for getting leads through RU-vid and SEO! If I could add one thing, I would recommend integrating your strategy with cold emails. DoYouMail is a game-changer I have been using for a while now. The unlimited email sending from multiple domains really helps in scaling my outreach. Maybe you could make a video on using DoYouMail?
Such an informative video on lead gen tactics for air duct cleaners! Have you considered using cold emails to boost your outreach? FilterBounce has helped me tremendously. The real-time verification API is super effective, especially with tricky domains. Their plans start cheaply at $10 with 300 free verifications monthly.
The tips discussed were pure gold! Adding cold emails to the mix could level up your game. Mystrika is a tool I have been using and it is fab! Automatic bounce detection and unified inbox are lifesavers. Plus, the 5000-user FB community provides fantastic support. The Cold Email Accelerator guide is a must-read!
Yeah that makes sense. What we see with the carpet cleaning companies we work with is ballpark price on the phone then exactly t price before cleaning. It’s a scalable process.
You cannot do anything about that one asshole that leaves you a negative review for no good reason. I got a one star review for simply a quote I gave someone and they didn’t even put anything in the description. They just gave me one star and that was it. We went out there Johnny on the spot did a walk-through with a scope of work and I had him a proposal two days later. Didn’t even do any work for him. These are the assholes you’re dealing with at times. Definitely not the rule but it’s gonna happen sooner or later.
Very helpful and professionally done. Appreciate your tips to provide feedback for bad or unflaterring reiews from customers. Trying your tip to have FAKE reviews taken down by Google. Fingers crossed!
