Hi Damo, missing out on the Bont VC was a bad way to start the finals, but at least your rank is still alright, even though you would like to be higher. I (Black Flag🏴☠) scored 2,570 with VC Bont and moved up 1,151 places to rank 7,194. Won 5/6 league finals and am up against you in the SCodfather Cup 2 this coming round after winning my 8th in a row in that league. Rankine coming back for you will be very handy. I like the Dowling>Phillipou trade, but if it was me I would wait a week and go Curnow to Phillipou if Curnow🥔spuds up again.

Hi Damo I still have 10 players that have been in my team all season. Sheezel, Daicos, Houston, Bont, Butters, Green, Flanders, Heeney, Jackson, Livingstone. I also have Martin, McKercher and Grundy who I started, but traded out and have brought back in.
Not much difference between us this week Damo, my score was 2,376 moved up in rank 210 places to 7,156. Had the VC/C on Merrett and Butters as well. Also had Kreuger covering for Max. If we had a mid/fwd swing on the fwd bench we would have been able to have Jackson R3 and move Dowling from the mid bench to F6. Also only one trade left. Looking at VC Flanders into C Serong for this round.

Hi Damo, not a lot of difference between our teams. I have Sinclair, Errol, Grundy, Moore to your NWM, Walsh, English, Curnow. Also down to one trade left, that I am thinking of using, going Richards➡Berry, so I can move Jackson to R3 to cover Max and move Dowling from the mid bench to on field in the fwd line. Scored 2,290 this round and moved up 90 places to rank 7,366.
McKercher is extreme value now with Fisher still out. I reckon it speaks to how much confidence they have him in patrolling the backline and having the ball in his hands. Love it! 🍻
He’s a possibility! But not sure I can trust him with a one game sample size of one breakout game when there are sub 20 scores from 90+ mins in games prior. But having the CBA conducive role helps! 🍻
I was the one who suggested McKercher so I'm glad it paid off and you went through with it haha! J Clark being a late in meant I had to trade to be able to loop him on annoyingly..

Traded McKercher out for a second time during the byes to avoid a donut. No way he was coming back in again. Slight injury and he will be put on ice. Oliver, Rankine, Fisher, Heeney concerns for this week.
Steel 'Never Again' ... not because he is bad but because saints keep playing him injured & reporting he is OK. i.e. Last year, & the year before, look how he started this year then got a knock, played with bandaged knee and shortly after his scoring went to shit. I started him when he said this was the best he felt for years, as soon as I saw the bandage TRADED ....... got 601k possibly the only correct move I have made this year.

Ok with Rd 17 loops, you have NMartin and JRichards play Friday night, if Richards not sub then E on Martin and Richards, play Fisher in the line who scores the lowest. If both score well then flip Reville with WC guy.
Hey mate, thoughts on vc Bont , C Ryan against tigers where he scored 197 in round 8. Daicos easy vc option also but kicking myself i didnt go bont vc last week. changed it to zorko last minute last week and took C Daicos. Think Ryan can go huge again

Really struggling to to choose between Curnow and Caldwell. Curnow with the good run but Caldwell with the CBA's and Parish to come in as well. Leaning towards Caldwell as a POD but still not sure.
Curnow has the elite fixture to end the year about quite a few soft opponents, so has big scores on the horizon. Caldwell might be more consistent, but only until Parish returns as you mention. Back yourself in lad! 🚀
Hey mate! Nope, no more top up of trades from here. We only got access to using an additional trade (from 2 to 3) from our exisiting allocation across the 4 bye rounds, but now is back to 2 a week. So if you are running low on trades, you might want to be strategic! 🍻
Is Brown potentially coming in for Trac or his job security questionable the refore is it best to wait before bringing him in? Have 2 spots to fill 8 trades left.
Always wait until a rookie players their 2nd game to get a better read on their longer term job security for sure. But with another debutant for the Dees this week announced, looks like they aren’t shy in giving their next tier youth a crack. 👌🏻
Hey Damo I am playing 'Cemetery of Parish' this week in our league. Rank 405 vs 60k. I am $100 short of going Moyle & Sullivan to Whitfield & K.Brown 102k, bloody Whitfield 👿 scored 134 & found another way to shaft me. I can afford The Lizard or Curnow (5 trades left) or go down to 4 trades and get Houston with stuff all cover (Richards & Dowling) and 78k in the bank with a completed team.
I was going to bring in LDU, but worried about that scan. Other options are to finish my mids with Merret. Or finish my fwd line with Zorko this week. What do you reckon?
Merrett is probably the best option for this week, considering he faces the Eagles also. Zorko is a must have for sure, so might be a more pressing need there given the lack of quality in the FWDs.

Hope you enjoyed the trip and that the work went well 😊 I agree with English, yeh grundy would feel great right now, so assuming you are full premo and can sideways, you probs have players like green or clarry like that are more of a problem then English v Grundy which could by the end of the season be a much of a muchness 😮

Welcome back Damo. I brought in the Rank Pigstring this week. Easily the 4th best forward is worth the risk. When Touky The Squirrel Gripper gets tagged again he can just tag the opponents best midfielder, you cant tag the tagger!

@@SuperCoachEdge I don't have to really worry - I have 19 player and 13 are premos before I bring in someone! So Ridley would be 14 out of 20, so it doesn't upset this week. During the other 3 I would have (assuming I bring in Ridley and before I bring in anyone else next week) at least 12 premos each round!
