This is why you always - regardless of the occasion - ought dress properly. Even if it's a fancy dress party, even at the beach, dress in clothing that you would be proud to be seen in. This happened multiple times: Natasha and Carrie bump into each other with the former looking so put together and the latter wearing God-knows-what. And yes, Carrie's outfit here fits the theme, but Charlotte and Miranda managed to dress classy while still looking right for the event, so that's not even an excuse.
