Another course in Australia finally! And in my home state. I played here in April and it’s exactly the same as when I played it! Well done to the designer and thank you :)
I used to think gspro was better than fsx play but I think fsx play is way more realistic with the ball flight in terms of the digital ball flight kinda taking off almost exactly where the real ball hits the screen
Played the beta, it’s a fun course! The SGT West Palmer Private course is one of my personal favorites in GSPro. The desert courses are a nice change from the many similar “park” style courses.
The recent shift to Pinseeker to create courses in FSX is very noticeable. I'd say FSX is now the best simulation software on the market. Shame the courses are priced the way they are but het ho it is what it is
You do realise you're comparing FSX to a 2021 GSpro map eh? Have a look at newer maps as they use newer toolset and a lot more advanced features.. Not exactly fair otherwise unless you want to make those FSX user feel better about overpaying for their subs. ;) Color pallette is a bit over the top on the GSPro version but it's pretty close for a free course! :D
Now this does look very different which is great to see. The background quality really lifts the whole aesthetic here. Can't wait to play it again thanks for taking the time to make the video
This fantasy course looks really fun, first FSX course I’ve been interested in a while. They should make more of these kind of fun courses, reminds me of the ones in Awesome Golf. But the price is too steep. I think $50/course is where they should be priced, not $150.
@@Eaglesnbirdiesthanks! I think that it’s great to have lots of options, as a BLP owner myself I want FXplay to succeed but I think Foresight needs to take a hard look at what consumers have, especially with regard to GSPro, and they need to be realistic about the market out there. They seem like they’re in this bubble world where GSPro doesn’t exist and people still want to pay $150-500 for a single course. Heck for $1500-$2500 I could have a course built in GSPro!
I joined Tekbud's Patreon just to play this course. It's the first course I've played on GSPro that I have play in real life. Fantastic work. It's just like the real thing!
Thanks as always for doing these. I wish FSX Play wouldn't cut the flyover so short, you hardly even get to see the greens. But, I see on a lot of them you recorded separate flyovers into the green, thank you for doing that!
This was one of my favorite of the courses I played on my trips there in 2022 and 2023. I will say that this version isn't very much like the real course in that there's so so so much more gorse on the course lining the holes than here. Many of them are just lined with the stuff. Hole 15 is a round wrecker, BTW. I found it quite difficult.
If foresight implement some variance in the trees and foliage it's going to look incredible. For now it looks a little bland. Thanks again for the video
The sky and water on FSX is far superior and certainly more realistic. However the terrain on FSX is lacking in diversity of grasses and terrain details. Have a feeling the GSPro version will play better. Can't wait to play it. Again thanks for the video
