I believe in good Samaritan law if it's carried out with the right and good intentions behind it.. my daughter died of Fentanyl and we know for a fact that she didn't do it herself.. even have a pharamist on our side that says there's no way she could have, and someone was there with her and they let them go.. they walked out just fine. But our child was packed full of Fentanyl.. and this other person walks out just fine.. now that just dont sound right to me..at all.. something is going on hidden something and we have been fighting this for truth and justice because ones handling things didnt do alot they were suppose to do by the state codes by rules abd regulations for their job.. i lost my child and nothing was done right or about it and my grandchildren lost their mom..i believe like some states that if anyone is with someone that dies and they suspect any drug is involved especially Fentanyl, til testing is done to find out what drus are there.. all people should remain in jail that was with them til each one is cleared accordingly. How does one die in the mist of others there and their ok??This place didn't do nothing to the person that was with our daughter. And so much was suspicious behavior and activity behind it all. This person called 911 too but my child had been dead 1.5 hrs to 2 hours before the 911 call ever came in. The person excuse fell asleep and found her that way, but there's to many other things that just don't sound right. and the way some people are nowadays. Do you really think they wouldn't take advantage of the 911 good Samaritan law?? There's mean people in the world that don't care about innocent people and our children's lives. Myself as a mom my only child I lost, I have suffered so much over this in so many ways with everything else to and how it was handled, and don't have closure. Do you know what this feels like?

Here in Jamaica, in Queens New York, the ambulance and police will purposefully drag their feet and show up much slower if you tell them the person is having an overdose. We have to say he's having a "seizure" for 911 to arrive in a timely manor.

In Camarillo California, the ventura county sheriff are not following this law. They try to take the phone of the victim and Ask/accuse people there if they supplied the drug. Who the hell would call 911 after knowing this will happen!?

Apparently when children are around and 911 gets called for an overdose they will make a report. I performed CPR to a person who would have died other wise. The police sAid I “appeared” high which i was not and my following the Good Samaritan law got me an open investigation for DCF/CPS.
