Saw them in Philly. Fantastic. Only suggestion: play more songs. You have two albums stacked with great tracks. Play them. You’re here. We’re here. Let’s do what we came together to do. Luckily we begged hard enough and got a one song encore: Bitter Melon. How could you possibly not play that great song?
A really breath of fresh air this band has been since their debut album. This new songs and specially their music videos, in particular this one and “Keys Down If You Stay” feel to me as a representation of the confusion of the world we live in, a sound to represent not anymore a modern world, but a post modern world, mixed between what was the past, and the nostalgia that represents as the excitement of the future as something bright and amazing: but the future arrived in an unspeakable deception hard to describe. This is how this song, and the video makes me feel, along the other song I already mentioned. Excited to hear the entire album. Thank you Cola!
