The Patria Nostra historical competition is addressed to all of Poland and to Polish community schools around the world.

The aim of the competition is to popularize knowledge about the history of Poland among Poles, to shape patriotic attitudes and civic activity, as well as to develop computer animation and film editing skills as well as to develop artistic sensitivity.

The formula of the works allows the use of modern technologies of film transmission in historical education and the consolidation of tradition and national heritage.

The competition ensures diversity among events organized for young people. The Patria Nostra project encourages students to look at history creatively, as well as the contribution of important historical figures to the development of the region and the entire country, and at the same time, young people create a database of films that they will be able to use during classes.
