In my opinion, I never thought Merve would not get a medal. Her technique is better than her opponent's.(for the bronze medal match) Notably, she played defend game for long time,making her offense game didn't go well with her. I'm sorry for her, because her level deserves an Olympic medal.😢

Very disappointed in this competition style nowadays. Taekwondo was way better 15 years ago, now it's snowflake combat. All front leg leading kicks and grazing strikes to the head that are 3 points. Utter garbage, and a bad representation of the sport and art. I'm glad i stopped competing before this ridiculous new scoring system was implemented. Zero action and excitement... What a disappointment.
Kimia was more deserving that Nahid in this match. Kimia is more than just a Teakwondo fighter, she is a true Persian girl, who lost all her belongs but never compromised her integrity. She chose freedom and humanity which are far more valuable than above than hundreds Olympic Gold medal.
"She opted for freedom and humanity" in Bulgaria? I was unaware that Bulgaria was considered a utopia! Could it be that her affection is actually for Bulgarian feta cheese? 😂😂
اینکه ناهید المپیک قبلی که باخته بود گفت من خیلی سختمه وقتی با ایرانی مسابقه میدم و از این جور حرفا الان وقتی برد یحوری خوشحالی کرد که قطعا آناتومی بدنش آسیب دید
آره خیلی حرکتش زشت بود بعد از برد. اونم اون برد خفیف. این نشون میده اغلب افرادی که داخلن کم کم با فشار رژیم، به رنگ اسلام کثیف در میان. هر چند در نهایت روی سکو، حداقل بطور نمایشی کیمیا رو بغل کرد که اونم معلوم بود نِروِس شده.
