'Love beyond the kayfabe'... This is my first time seeing the show (damn RU-vid and their inadequate references). So, what I'm talking about with that phrase is that as a lifelong wrestling fan myself, I love to see when shows nowadays show the entertainers in their "off camera" environment. Case-in-point: Drew. Now, this vid is a year or more old, and given what we've seen in the most recent "Bad Blood" in 2024, just a day or two ago, I love to think that this guy is as funny and down to earth as ever. Keep inspiring y'all! And yes, my love for Drew and Sheamus not withstanding, my reason for clicking the video was to see what Rhea does for arm workouts. As a guy, I respect anyone with a great tone. Each person's physique will differ due to their genetic makeup and other factors biologically. So, seeing what she's done to get there is motivating and educational. I don't tone that well, despite the heavier weights I use and the reps and frequency, so I shop around to see what else might work.
Clicked on this just because I love Shotzi, but that workout is exactly what I need for my hips and low back! Will be using this vid a lot in the future. Thanks, Shotzi and Sheamus!!
I could tell she was a beast she could probably put me under the table in the gym just coming back after injury though but still and just found the channel thank celtic warrior you under yourself a subscriber always nice to get a behind the scenes look at there workouts
6 years on and I still do this routine, sometimes in parts to change it up between weeks, but the warm up remains similar. 1 minute and 500 meters(so I hit 1 minute, and keep going til I hit 500 meters then stop. My fastest ever is 1:26 or so). 25 reps one head at a time. Then Lats.
