you can pay via opal card which you can purchase at the airport. other option is your credit card, you can use them to pay instantly via top-up in almost everything in Australia.
Should be noted that toursits dont need to purchase an Opal card these days. Any Amex, Visa or Mastercard can also be used at the gates, and you oay exactly the same fare, including any daily/weekly caps. You do however need one CC per person and dont get fare feedback when tapping off like on Opal (just a tap on/off successful message)
Just to let travellers know, if you are travelling without visa from Singapore to Malaysia you need to go via. Tuas border crossing only. We had a bad experience as we went via woodlands and were sent back.only Tuas border crossing issues Visa on arrivals.
Thank you for your video, but I have a doubt that does the bus 420 from airport to mascot station is terminal to terminal? If not, how can I know I have arrived the station? It is because I may miss to see the station name when I have arrived.
Thank you very much for the video! I'll be travelling to Sydney soon and was thinking about doing this to avoid the airport fee, but wasn't confident doing so.
@@welthewanderthanks! I just had two problems, that other users might have as well. First it seems the bus to Maskot station does not pass on Saturdays, it only goes to the Domestic Airport (and from there, it is possible to take another bus, like 350). And the other is that there are buses going in both directions in the international airport bus stop, so it's important to look the number and also the direction of each bus. But in the end I made it! o/ thanks again
@@rod.lustosa thank you. may i ask if you have any information about luggage storage at cental station or stations nearby? my flight is late evening and wonder i can put my luggage somewhere on that day.
This transfer does have that loading, but for 1 or 2 passengers it's considerably cheaper than a taxi. From Central Station, you can remain on the train for access to the half dozen stations on the loop through the CBD. You can also change for trains going throughout the metropolitan areas and outer suburbs.
ur right...since central stn is the main train hub of sydney, you can access and transfer to other areas, suburbs, and even inter-state travel around Australia.
