🙏🏻Thank you so much mam, for explaining it so wonderfully and in easy way... With extraordinary diagrams and animations..😍 It helped me lot in easier understanding❤ I will suggest it to my friends, so that they will also able to easily understood this concept.🤗
Thank you so much for your kind comment. I am so glad this video helped you! I made all the little animations lol! I hope you have a great day and good luck with what you are studying for 😊
Thank yo uso much for this! These short type videos are the best. I just need to understand some basics for MCAT at times and don't need a 30 minute lecture on it. This was perfect!
I'm so happy this helped you! I found the same thing back when I was studying and this way of learning the Sliding Filament Theory helped me so much. Good luck on the MCAT, you got this!
this one was ideed impressive but i have few questions! 1:45 you said "which causes myosin to forcefully change back to its relaxed shape!" ,Which one is relaxed shape? The one where it lies down on attaching with ATP or this one ,after power stroke? Secondly, can we say energy is expended during power stroke? Which one amongst power stroke and cross bridge formation is passive?
I am so happy this helped you. I had the same struggles when I was learning this in school, and this way helped me understand it! Good luck to you with your studies :)
To make this video it took long time i guess but it just save much time and made topic crystal clear each minute was informative..nd yeah voice was super awesome..thanks for your effort...
I have had it mildly last couple years. Last night I had celery. A few minutes later my whole face ears eyes tongue swollen up. I almost went to the hospital as my throat got so tight. Ugh. It sucks it's healthy foods that do it. For me it's been, celery, apples , cherries, and raw nuts. But not all the time. I also had nettle rash
So glad you love this workout! I really want to get back into posting more videos, I can definitely do more like this! Would you prefer to see workout videos for your whole body, or workouts targeting specific areas (e.g., arm workouts, leg workouts etc)? Or even both?!
@@HEATHERFIT I would like to see abs workouts and arms workout, it would be so nice!!! And thank you, your workouts are really amazing, I discovered your channel today and I absolutely love it💖
@@analopes1721 Thank you so much for your comment! This gives me a good starting point, I'm so glad you love the channel so far - I've always loved making videos and teaching fitness :) I hope to post more videos over the coming weeks!
So I'm not hating abs/core exercises, it's just that any and all of them are impossible for me. How so? Whenever I "engage" my core muscles, my lungs stop working. It seem that I can't dissociate my diaphragm from the rest of the ab muscles, which forces me to do the core exercises in apnea mode. Same for static exercises: for the cat-camel switch position (on all fours), I can't hold the main posture for more than 5 seconds (not minutes). I'm really worried about the constant weakness of my abs, and I'm starting to wonder if I'm having some sort of fibromyalgia...
That does sound challenging! If you are concerned about it, definitely look into it and talk to your doctor/health care provider. They may be able to provide some guidance for you, or refer you to someone like a physiotherapist who could help you! Wishing you all the best!
