These extremely elaborate and complicated technical set ups, (tracks, clicks, automated auto tune, time-code/midi triggered lights and FX) take so much of the art out of these performances. I think the world is ready for some actual live performance again. This art by comitee robotics aren’t impressing nobody anymore.
Demi should stick to acting because she’s not a singer. She’s not professional either. She’s what you call a diva who thinks she’s all that and wants everything her way. She’s not very professional.
When Beyonce said "Somebody's gettin fired". I could justify her words. People would pay for the tickets even in other countries and it cost a lot. If you are the performer you must deliver your service great and do your best for your audience. Others even skip their meals just to buy tickets.
Honestly I understand Demi's annoyance. There is no reason to have feedback on a set like this. Also there are literal feedback busting equipment that can handle it for you on top of your own skills setting it up as a monitoring engineer when you work with someone at this level. Inexcusable.
hey Demi - try not cupping the damn mic. hey Justin - learn to sing in pitch hey Fifth Harmony - learn to sing without in-ears. hey Selena - sing live and hire people who can sing with you. hey Gaga - hire musicians hey Arianna - hire better techs problems solved.
Funny....I don't remember Sinatra, Elvis, Freddie Mercury, etc. using auto-tune or in-ear pieces. They were REAL singers. Everyone in this video is a DOUCHE BAG.
In-ear Monitors weren't a thing yet. They used foldbacks though which are almost the same thing. Monitors are essential to performing in these larger venues because the band can hear each other and themselves.
