Thank you. The cable is a candy cord from myVolts.com, specifically the mini jack to LR RCA. Don’t go look at those cables, you’ll probably end up buying some, they’re gorgeous 😄
Liven synk to synt synk ,,,,Output from the synt in the liven input 4 looper track record external instruments ,,,,then you hear the record and the synt fade betwen them ,,,,then new pattern on the synt
Thanks for the tip. I know I’m underusing the Liven. The loop is is one of the great features of this device but, to be honest, I’m not very comfortable with that workflow. I’ll try to test it and get the hang of it.
Thanks a lot for your message. Unfortunately, this model doesn’t have a lot of sound variety. And you can’t assign the open-hats from the 909 ☹️ Here’s a list of the sounds it has: BASS DRUM TR-909 BD SNARE DRUM TR-606 SD HAND CLAP TR-808 Clap Noise Tom TR-606 Tom TOM TR-808 LT (TOM 1) TR-606 LT (TOM 2) CLOSED HIHAT TR-606 CH OPEN HIHAT TR-606 OH BASS TB-303 SAW TB-303 SQUARE
@@Orujoboy thank you for replying! I've been looking for this a lot and couldn't figure it out. It is still a great machíne for its size and price, i might buy it anyway haha. Thank you so much
Hi, they're connected via midi to send only the clock signal. T-8 midi out port to TB-3 midi in. And the audio out from the TB-3 is connected to the T-8 audio in port. I hope I have explained it clearly 😅
Hi, thank you for your comment. I imagine you’re referring to the spatial sound-like harmonics generated by the S-1. If so, try increasing the envelope and filter resonance almost to the maximum, keep the filter frequency at halfway, and set a medium release. Then, it’s just a matter of playing with the filter knobs to adjust. Let me know if that’s what you were aiming for.
Hello. First of all, sorry for answering so late, I completely missed answering you. The configuration is very simple, I have the output connected directly to a Behringer U-Control UCA222 and this is connected to an iPad, which is what I record the videos with. I hope the information has been useful to you.
I swore I wasn’t going to get one of these! I have some great drum machines all ready but it’s got something just too interesting! So I figured I might as well finish the collection, I didn’t need a chord machine either but I wanted to complete the collection! Because it’s bizarre and interesting I ordered a Picocore as well (that was an easier decision since I’m only 4/shy from the complete PO collection) great video, I really enjoyed it!
Thank you so much. I understand perfectly what you are saying and it happens to me too. This little one is one of the funnest gadgets I have. When I have a little time I always end up spending it with the T-8.
And that's why i've never stressed at selling my 303 & 606 combo back when the prices went silly. Checkout what technology is providing us with today. ps: I couldn't let go of the 808 though.
Cool, a combo of 303 and 606! What gems! The truth is that these are good times to make music at home. Take care of that 808, there are some things that cannot be missed.
