Why doesn't anyone care about the immediate implementation of this, vs the zero implementation of spinbotting. I know you play faceit, but you shouldn't have to dl ring zero root level programs to play this game. You're telling me that valve devs can detect and kick perfect inputs within 10 seconds, but they can't detect blatant spinbotting, which has been pervasive recently? They make money off of hackers, this is the reason they don't care.
If they allowed 1 inhuman action then they would have to allow all inhuman actions and they can't argue against it and given the advancements in tech that is a very dangerous cliff to climb.. as you said what would be stopping someone from building an aim assist into a mouse or a trigger bot that shoots the second a player pixel hits the crosshair.. if it takes away from human skill then it shouldn't be allowed.. end of story.
Fl0m, I feel you said it best. They put down the bar and said this is it. No outside binds or mechanics. If they didn't do this, the conversation would be here again when next thing comes up. By saying no to all of it, they've set up the future to shutdown anything

@GleasonB nope. Cl commands can't be changed if they are cheat protected. And we can't enable cheats because it ruins the point of a database for statting and map running
@@RzT-One it also fixed the random jump height problem. And there's a built-in fix for jump throws with a 300ms margin of error. The margin of error for a perfect crouch jump is 1 millisecond. See the difference? No fix there on valves part
None of this matters. 20 years of cs with 20 years of the same maps and people still are 3 people looking at the same spot. There's no amount of strat/tactics learning you can do to overcome your brain not working.
The engineers at Razer might've had limited experience with counter-strike specifically but with FPS games generally. They observed that FPS games all share a common (and repetitive) mechanical operation to change direction left or right. And they identified a method that enabled them to change direction normally but do it with a lower number of unique keystrokes required than before. It's just that it breaks one of CS2's core mechanics that's skill based and take thousands of hours to develop. I'm glad Valve decided to ban it.
I started CS yesterday. I love the channel, I've been watching you, AustinCS, and pienixcs to get up to speed and it's really coming together so far. That knife is worth more than $1k which is insane!
I never play B. I was taught to always play power positions where you’ll get the most action. You get better at taking duels that way and can have the most impact. It’s way more valuable in pugs to know how to take good fights and carry the game than it is to know how to be patient and try to pop off when they finally come your way.
lol, i played comp for the first time in 6 months, a day ago. i asked for a flash over A, and everyone of my teammates turned around, and went mid. Instead of flashing. - i died, didn't get a kill and we lost the round. By the end of the game, i was like 25-9, and only 1 other teammate had over 10 kills. People don't want to play competitive, how its meant to be played.
