Am I able to just get the time to stay showing on the clock permanently ?

What does turning on “E” do?? “Workday” means nothing! Does the clock know days of the week? Does it suddenly know to only go off Monday-Friday? And if it does, then what if I need to get up Tuesday-Saturday? Or Thursday-Monday? Does E just make the alarm go 5 days in a row? Does it make it louder? Does it have to be set on a Monday or else it will go for 5 days regardless of what day you set it on? Do I have to turn OFF “E” every time I want my alarm clock to NOT go off? This video is just as bad as this clock. HEY DUDE, I can not see which magical cheap clock buttons you are pushing and in what sequence! Business tip: Include a complete, articulate, and accurate set of directions with the product. Or how about a web site, nothing fancy. If the customer can actually USE the product, you just might SELL MORE? Just a guess.

Some folks are looking how to stop the blinking of the "colon" . I have a different remote which has directional arrows and no numbers. For me, the instructions said to press/hold down the arrow button pointing to the right. What I did was selected the clock option, clicked the clock option to go thru all the setting options (Time>Date>Year>Time), then hold down the arrow button to pointing to the right. Hope this helps
