Gacha itself is the monetization system. Making a good content is what keeps people playing - it is that simple. But I am really glad to see people in the gaming industry who are driven by making a good product in the first place.
It's obviously a market play, they all say that once they're beggining and the gamers aren't addicted. But I don't mind, it's his breadwinner and its a good one. Beautiful and Fair. And they've been incredible generous, or maybe my WuWa account been just too lucky so far. But only time will tell how much they "listen to the gamers", just like people told me Hoyo did when I start genshin'ing 2 years ago. Wishing Kuro all the best, they already done a lot by making Hoyo get out of their arses and work, but their game have not disappointed so far.
Said based Dev was responsible for overworking their employees full on Mappa fashion not to mention that there were previous employees from PGR days who left just before WuWa development began cuz they realised how harsh it would be and they had a sudden PTSD of the starting days or PGR development which was apparently Hell itself so yeah I would like it if People weren't praising this man as if He is Jesus himself
He is talking about PGR fyi they are already on debt after development cost for wuwa and them hoping to stay alive their day to day expectation for PGR barely hanging with their 400 to 800k a month revenue
I see so much potential for wuwa. like, its good, but could be GREAT with some more optimizations and such, which I think is a matter of time and experience
You guys think their based for this? I saw some people saying they want players happy thats why their working so much but no at last they want money they did this bc they want to servive their game...So those people are saying they want to see players smile face is actually their pocket smile face
You have the right to be cynical and other people can decide otherwise. Just for you to know, some people can choose to work for money AND make a good product and make their customer happy.

@@mr.zhongli6886 Well gaming industry is tough (there is even terms like "crunch"), and chinese working culture making it even worse. If people fed with overworking at Kuro they can quit and go to work at Hoyo or something, or if generaly Kuro treat employees that badly normal person would quit and don't recommend to work at such company. It's great to be considerate of others, but it's not like they are slaves, they choose to be game developers in gacha games with tight deadlines and understand what coming after.
That's fcking rubbish. If they were that humble, the mass intern layoff incident wouldn't have happened. In the end, they're just another profit-oriented company appealing to their base.
i heard that they're almost ran out of money, not to mention renewing license (no clue what license is but its related to releasing a game, might be a china thing only or world wide idk, correct me if im wrong) were quite expensive, so they had no choice but do mass layoff and release the game whatever that is, hope with enough money they're able to hire them back though, but considering how good current patches is, i think its safe to assume they probably already re-hired them again
I can't see that coming tbh. At best, they would be on par. Mihoyo dominates the market as the only games with this open world anime gacha crossplatform game at that time. Kuro can, if there's no competition, but with how many rivals is has and will have now, I can't say for sure that most people will only see Kuro games as the contender
@@Exoskel2 if you mean open world, then should be yes (fantasy tower did that but has fallen), if you mean the gacha game industry, then there's not only mhy games, like snowbreak, arknight, azureline, 1999 etc
mihoyo used tobe like this but then got massive surprised success and become as corporate as any AAA studio. Crazy how money corrupt. I bet Kuro will becomes like this if Wuwa keeps growing.
Mihoyo did not give out as many freebies as Kuro during launch day problems though. The fact Kuro compensated us the way they did and added more QOLs in 2 patches than Mihoyo ever did within almost 4 years in Genshin shows that they're willing to actually make Wuwa better
I think that's depend on the CEO. Like CD Project still delivers high quality games even after Witcher 3 massive success, and do still care with their game proven by Cyberpunk 2.0 update, and I think they'll remain the same with Cyberpunk/Witcher sequel. Then FromSoftware too, it remains true to their games, delivering what their fans expected. I just hope Kuro wouldn't be like Ubisoft, Bethesda, or EA... they care more to make money than a good game.
At least one person is not making cult of Kuro by comparing them to that evil greedy corporation Mihoyo robbing and stripping people and making suffer. But well, i believe with new upcoming gacha games like Azure Promilia, waifu sekiro gacha , and others, not to mention new hoyo games, they need to give their best to not fall down in competition, as well as listen and deliver to players because most of people have limited amount of money and time to spend on games. Hoyo corrupted by thier monopoly, they hit sweet spot with genshin, but this not happening same way with WuWa for Kuro. Concluding my words - we need to wait and see how it will play out, at least for now thier games is improving and dev seems to be care about playerbase.
Considering I get paid 120 usd or 10,000 salary in India. I'll buy the pioneer podcast and maybe the limited subscription now to save astrite. Also I think I need a better job or start migrating like an immigrant xshits getting expensive here for middle class and taxes They weren't wrong about Pay tax like England service like Somalia in India.
Spend however much you feel comfortable spending. 5$, 50$, 100$, 1000$ per month, etc. You should spend what you feel comfortable spending and not give into g @mb ling addiction, unless you can afford that and be prepared to not always get what you want. This way, you'll be able to enjoy games like these in a healthy basis and even keep playing them permanently
I think the devs like the game alot to keep working so much and still keep passionate about it, I can see some things in the game have problems but I can also feel the game has passion on it. Please don't come to positive spaces for WW community just to spread hate, I'm asking you politely, as a fan that enjoy WW, HSR and ZZZ.

Male characters are always quality ones because they actually dare to make something unique and are too afraid to introduce a female character that isn't either hot or cute limiting their options because they can only choose from a fix set of preferred body- and facetypes.
