Hey man, i am newly subscribed to your channel, and i really like it. This short the most actualy, it gives me hope cuz i ama fucking skinny ass guy with a realy fast metabolism. Now i would like to bulk, but my parents dont want me to go to the gym and I can't afford it myself. I am 16 now, and i was wondering if you may know how i could bulk up with no equipment at home!
What's your daily target for calories during this bulk? Also do you try and eat your last meal a few hours before you go to bed so that it doesn't affect your sleep as much?
