Concur is absolute shit. Why take 5 minutes to book corporate travel when you can take an hour? Also, pls send me shitty emails to remind me that I spent $2 more per day for a full size car vs. a full size.

The only thing what would make your app and program worse would be for it to cause my phone or computer to melt or explode. This is the least user friendly program I have ever had the misfortune of being forced to use. Every time we think we have it figured out it comes up with something else. Today it was telling us that a trip booked and taken in August 2022 was in the 2021 fiscal year which ended June 30, 2022. Like I said the trip was both booked and taken in August. Every day this thing is a fresh new hell of frustration and customer service is nil. Just try to find a way to access someone.

Utterly disappointed. Lousy flight search which consistently yields worse itineraries and much higher cost compared to any other online flight search tool. I am not a travel manager who might be benefitting from some of your features but as a traveler I dont find your product acceptable. Using Concur for flight booking leads to waste of project funds. Please fix your search and also your interface.
Hi Deepak - Thank you for your feedback. Concur Travel shows flights based on how each customer configured their travel rules and results to be returned. Concur Travel doesn't pick or set the prices and only shows what it is told to show.
