Hello Philips! I am having an Air Fryer of your brand, but it's maximum temp. is 200°. What temperature should I set to make Ganthiya , fafda, gatte etc. and for how much time should I set for pre heat and for air frying. Please do respond.

If u r to use this much of fat in dough , why not simply deep fry it ? Samosa will let go of extra fat once it is fried. This baked one will keep all the fat in it.There’s one plus of air fryer though , u can prepare a batch of 6 without actually standing and mending those. The masala came out really really delicious
