The thing you activated 40:59 is an ancient Elven Artifact and id supposed to help strengthen the veil (As Per conversations with Solas) but it has no effect on the game (other than getting slight approval from solas,) and also I don't believe it will have any effect on the Veilguard
@@magicalapple She's one of the three that will not leave if you get their disapproval too low. I think the other two that won't leave is Solas and Varric. Solas's disapproval scene is funny IMO.
(59:59 ) This is actually one of the easier options with this choice. You don't meet Stroud in the DLCs. The other options for the warden that you meet are Alistair (If he stayed with the wardens) and a secret companion that I don't want to spoil for you unless you want me to.
I mean if it’s someone that I’m not gonna meet in this playthrough because of choices I made or whatever I don’t mind being told, just try not to spoil anything coming up for this playthrough lol
Yes Leliana was the correct one, the Ben Hasrath missions are difficult to decipher it's a matrix mission line. but it doesn't really do anything in this game.
There are two operations in the Western Approach that you need to find and mark to take you to the area behind those big doors. There will be levers on the other side. I believe it's somthing to do with the sulfur pits and f"ind the source of the Darkspawn."
Yes, Blackwall gives you slight approval each time you kill a darkspawn. Iron Bull will do the same when you kill Venatori mages later in the game and also When you take him to kill dragons.
Enchanting an item is under the weapon work bench. You make the rune in the weapon's workbench I believe it is at the end of the menu. (Buy a blank one from a merchant. There's one at skyhold after you leave and come back.) then take it to the weapon's modification station (the one in the middle of the room) and you can put it in the weapon there.
Yes that was the fade. It's different when you dream and when you are physically in it. As much as I don't like Solas. The scene where they "go back" to Haven is one of my favorite scenes. It shows a softer side of Solas...especially when you romance him.
Adan, Minaeve, and Seggrit are the most difficult people to save, IMO. Most new players will only be able to save Minaeve or Adan so don't feel bad about losing some of the Villagers. Sometimes I don't even try to save Seggrit. He's a bit of a jerk when you save him anyway.
If you break the door to the buildings when rescuing people you can use shield bash (Weapon and Shield Warrior) or mighty blow (Two Handed warrior) to break the doors. I also believe that you can use immolate (inferno mage tree) to break them. Just in case you want to play again.
Both story lines are interesting. I personally like the Co-Antagonist the Templar line gives you. It makes a battle toward the end of the game easier but you have more of a connection with the Co-Antagonist the Mage line gives you if you played DA2.
@@magicalapple well you will get a different one but still get Dorian. The other one will show up after you close the breach, but you get different antagonists. The templar's you get Calpernia, and the mages you'll get...spoiler so I won't say more
Also it's better to craft your weapons and armor. They are usually better than what you find in the world and you can tailor crafted one to our play style.
I love Vivienne. She's a complex character and can be a powerful ally. As you talk to her you will learn why she is like she is. And I love her personal mission that you will get later on in the game.
