A few years after Fritzi died, Lee met, fell in love with and married Gus Hermann! She'd brought out her son, Steven, to spend the summer at one of the camps and fell in love. My mother and “Aunt Gus” were the best of friends for years and I remember spending many happy times at the ranch. Sadly, “Uncle” Lee and “Aunt” Gus divorced around 1960. BTW, the beautiful red haired woman you see in this video with Lee is Gus! In fact, I'm looking at a favorite framed photo of my family taken at the ranch!
