@sureshaurora6460 The person who was working in front of the machine had a helmet. That's what I meant to say and you are absolutely right. Every person is important in this.🙏🙏And sometimes some people do not wear helmets which is wrong, I agree.
Why are the railway employees and or the main contractors the only ones wearing vest and hard hats ?? and the poor labourers ..have no gloves, no hard hat, no vests and also no shoes. They seem to be doing all the dangerous work, like those two ladies without any hard hat and proper tools, went under the TRT.. I dont understand why is this OK? Is there no oversight, no accountability, that just because they are poor, that they dont deserve safety and safety tools and proper clothing/gear/shoes/vests/gloves/hard hats etc etc. This is why India is so far behind...they may have good intentions to develop but in the end the jobs are always contracted out...which is then sub contracted out and it goes on until the poorest of poor are told to do the worst kind of jobs with no protection and protocols followed. Just go to Uthrakhand ..you will see that the so called mountain roads are literally being done by breaking stones with a small hammer by the poor labourers ...its very sad and hopefully somebody complains about this to the higher authorities and or the media does a big report on these type of constructions all over the country....labourers are also human, they deserve the same dignity and safety like the other workers. Anyways thanks for the video, the pace is too slow compared to other countries that use the TRT machine and have been using it for decades, i guess in few years the speed will pick up in India as well ...as more of these employees will get more training and process will become much more smoother and faster.
Sir, dusre TRT machine se zada zaldi kam hota hai. Guwahati se Dibrugarh line me kam ho raha hai. Wo piche jo Trolly macine dikhai ja raha hai aisa hi do Trolly machine rahta hai. Ek sath 25 purana Sleeper uthata hai aur new Sleeper lagata vi hai.
