The Evangelical Institute was founded in 1972. The vision was to challenge men and women with the implications of the cross of Jesus Christ, training them to live a life of faith characterized by a commitment to Scripture and a devotion to prayer. Since then, EI has impacted the lives of hundreds of students from throughout the United States and over 30 countries.
Praise our Good Shepherd for the work He is doing in the lives of so many at EI. My wife and I are so very thankful that our granddaughter and her husband are on the staff at this wonderful Bible school.
You two are doing a great job conveying this subject- I know Art would deflect this bit of praise, but I’ve always thought that his insight (God given of course) and the unique way he conveys this wisdom, Is priceless for the young students there, and for the church at large. Is it permissible to use this material to lead a small group- showing and discussing the podcasts?

We don’t know what happened, but we do know that we feel an innate connection to our creator and that we are conscious beings who feel a divine soul inside of us…we are all connected to one source of consciousness this random planet in the middle of space that just so happens to be perfect with blue skies and green grass isn’t by coincidence but it was created and designed by something much bigger than Jesus
Not true, God the creator , god the son (jesus) god the spirit are one , and the bibel tells us his creation is not more older than 7000 yrs old however that's the time of man on this planet, it's possible the earth itself could be older as I'm sure when God created the universe and this planet it would of made a big bang and a damn big bang , so in my opinion he would have had to let it cool down before he put life on it . Just my thoughts. But the bible tells us the truth of 6days and the 7th he rested , he said let's make man in our image, so that means jesus was at the beginning.

When you die you go to the same place you where before you were born! Nowhere! It's hard to comprehend! This is it 1 life! Live it... It's the only one!
There was once a lowly monk whose role it was to do the dishwashing for the entire monastery, which was such simple and repetitive work that his mind wandered a bit, and he began to contemplate the idea that God is omnipresent, and it suddenly occurred to him that THAT meant that God was right THERE, in the basement room where this monk was washing dishea, for hours on end, so the monk started ACTING ON THAT BASIS. This was so unusual that God made a POINT of responding to someone who was actually paying attention to Him, instead of just giving lipservice to that "concept," but, rather, acting upon the REALITY of the Presence of God. So the monk simply continually communed with God, and so God, knowing that He was welcome, intensely filled this little basement dishwashing area with His palpable PRESENCE. Other monks who would bring dirty dishes downstairs couldn't HELP but notice the OBVIOUS PRESENCE OF GOD, not with some senior big shot, but conducting a continual visitation with this lowly dishwasher. Think about this, and about what it MEANS. The uniqueness of this visitation became famous, but how sad is it that this was so unique, but how ENCOURAGING that it really doesn't HAVE to be, if only more people would simply act upon what that simple monk had recognized, while doing his mundane task. Y'see, God is right-there, right-now, with YOU! It's time to act on that, wouldn't you say?
And yet He is Far MORE than With us, He Is IN us!! There is nothing we can be doing and nowhere we could be, that He is not IN us and therefore there as well. It wasn't a Visitation, it was a Manifestation.
It's more blessed to give than to receive says the Word of God. Is he really listening to God's voice during that moment of silence. Of course it will show in all that he does in regards to how he treats His creation
To keep your consciousness in Christ Jesus as you communicate with him all day. It's easier to be with him completely in his presence and in his comforts and communication. It's the most peaceful and loving moments in your life here on earth. ❤❤❤

Discipleship is teaching Hermanutics, which is learning knowldge of truth and interpretation. This is what matures them in understanding. It is also enables them on how the life is lived out. What thie guy in the vodeo is just talking about is the effects of that.

no I get what he's saying because I can be the same way, to worry is to block out God and when I'm trying to pray sometimes I tend to worry about this and that and what I really need to do is put my complete faith and trust into the Lord and just listen and spend time with him because he already knows my needs and exactly what's happening in my life and mind at every single moment of my existance
