What was the difference to the double diamond except the fact that the last convergence is not time bound and rather progressive based on the decision on how many iterations should be done to come to a conclusion?
Thank you for sharing this interesting approach! I am wondering how the train phase looks like in practice and if it is really more efficient to create a "custom model" that needs to be trained on a specific dataset. Creating and training a model requires a lot of resources and expertise which most companies probably do not have. Maybe you can share your experience and elaborate on how this phase is realised.

Why is Feasibility not addressed in the model? I think there is an economic gap where resources in the existing firm could be exploited to enable the business model, increasing the Viability. It's stupid to rebuild the same business more than once as long term you will have to consider paths, one of which is mothership integration.
How can you be a trustworthy leader, if you cannot provide transparency to the people no accountability and transparency the donation to the children coming from Sponsors of SOS Children's Villages International specially in SOS Children's Villages Philippines rampant of curraption and miss management of funds and donations in every villages. How a shame in your post in social media that is not the reality or senario in every SOS Villages your Directors and managers only can avail the donations no avail to children in needs.

For the white color worker, an hour of laundry is likely to cost significantly more than it would cost for the student. Therefore, the white color worker may be willing to pay significantly more than the student is willing to pay despite owning a washer and dryer. This might make the white color worker the better segment...
