She just make it another level of this song, I didn't say that Faye Wong version was bad but Crystal articulation is more clear. Both of them were doing great job for this song.
Can't believe how long it's been, this is still one of the most memorable moments for me, I cried like a baby when they played this. Absolutely amazing, it was so sad to hear the voices around me not knowing what this gem of a game was.

I was fortunate enough to attend this Distant worlds concert. I'm a Crystal Kay fan. So when they announced she'd be singing this and she stepped out, my wig lopsided. Then the second she started singing, my shit was on the floor.
Oh wow, I had no idea Distant Worlds was planning to include Rose of May to its already impressive line up. I was at the most recent Chicago concert celebrating Final Fantasy VI's 20th anniversary, but I would not have objected to this piece being played as well.
