I think after phone guy died on night 4 of fnaf1 he got stuffed into golden Freddy because he did say the animatronics will try to stuff you into a Freddy suit
Interestingly add 'The week before' pages 186 + 187 as it covers more about this event. Also based on Bronwen being in Fredbear on night 5, and Phone Guy not removing her, the available springlock costume would Spring Bonnie. This leads to my theory that Phone Guy was the one trapped until FNAF 3 - then what's left went on to Scraptrap and Burntrap.
Henry's origin story? The first time we encounter him was with William, happy, at the opening of the diner. If Henry had been scared by Jackie in the toy factory - then he went from fearing the animatronics, to creating them, wearing them, putting them with children at restaurants, then burning them. Typically our main characters don't come back for the sequel (except Mike). I could see Henry as a supporting character, but not in a position to experience the fear of a horror game.
This is a pretty unique and interesting interpretation! I never thought of this that way. People keep saying that this game will solve once and for all the "TalesGames or GamesGames" debate, though I highly doubt they're ever going to do that. I know for a fact that the game will be a prequel even to The Mimic story! Since the story starts in March 1979, and ends in January 1980, so if the game happens in 1979, then it has to happen before the story. So that's the perfect opportunity to not only tell a new story, but also to not-solve the books canonicity at all! So funny... But. books aside, I really think this might be what Steel Wool is going for. They have said, even in the same interview, that they both want a villain with a sympathetic backstory, and a game set in the 70's. I think it's not a coincidence. Jackie having all these abadonment issues and problems to connect with others just because she was created to scare children makes for such a compelling and sympathetic backstory. Though, I'd like to add to this that I don't really think Mimic/Jackie didn't want to kill Cassie. Killing her off might not be it's intent all along, but it definitely didn't bother Mimic. I think that, not only seeing that Cassie runs away and abandons her, but also hearing her say that "she's not Gregory", might've hurt her feelings (yes, we're serious here). So she not only felt disrespected in what, in her eyes, was a well-done disguise/game, and hurt, but also saw another kid running away from her, scared and frightened when all she wanted was to play... So, the rage and agony that might or might not possess her take over, and the intense wish to hurt her grows stronger. Jackie kills Cassie off, after feeling hurt by even more kids... I really love this interpretation of the character. I believe this will be the case. Thanks for sharing! I never thought of her this way! I loved this video.
Thank you for the kind words, I do try to bring unique ideas. I took inspiration from the story of 'Frankenstein' for the abandoned monster troupe. I know realise I never heard of the Steel Wool interview so I'll look that one up. So now all can do is wait till next year.
I've spent too much time thinking about the topic of separate continuities. From the reddit post Dec 2015 following the community being unhappy with the Silver Eyes not resolving FNAF 4. The answer I see is rather than looking at the timeline in straight lines, where games, books, short stories and movies are each there own - think about circles. FNAF 1-3 within the first circle. FNAF 4 to Pizzeria Simulator + Silver Eye novels in the next circle, Ultimate to Help Wanted 2 + Tales the next, and newer games and books in final circle. All new circles respect the previous as well as include them within the new story, and only adding to the lore.
You can find that in my video "FNAF 4 and Midnight Motorist". The quick summary is he didn't die then. By playing FNAF 4 in the order of all days before nights it goes to explain why the medical equipment can appear on night 1, after the bite of '83. The days happen the week before the nights. The furniture in the bedrooms are different because CC was moved after the bite. From my video "The Crying Child's name is Evan" I speak about using the epilogues and the story The Real Jake, and how Evan went on to have a family.
The community has two ideas for CC in Freddy. 1. Bite of '83 - Fredbear in animatronic mode moving his mouth to the music. Not really a springlock mechanism, therefore I don't think resulting in CC's death. More a broken jaw. 2. Log Book questions - Faded text looking for CC. Cassidy answers. Not Evan, or Dave, so is he even in there? Neither as reasons to suspect CC in Freddy.
The flatline follows the line "I will put you back together". The device we hear is an electrocardiogram (ECG or EKG) which uses electrodes to measure impulses across the heart. An EKG will sound for two reasons, either the heart is acting erratically or no signal was detected. If the child was taken without turning off the machine, then it sounds.
While I like the theory, I'm gonna have to say this in response to you saying the Novel Trilogy is game canon: The Ultimate Guide, Page 188 "While the books (referring to the Silver Eyes Trilogy) are set in a separate continuity from the games, they are considered canon." this was written after Sister Location dropped, (I dunno if it was in the original Freddy Files or not I only know it's in TUG), so there kinda isn't any other way to frame this other then saying Novel Trilogy and Games in general are in two separate timelines, but both are considered canon to the overall franchise (aka general concepts/characters from one can carry over to the other) Not hating on the theories you've made, just trying to help ensure accuracy If you have already found a way to explain this line in TUG then sorry for bringing it up
It's funny how long the topic of continuities keeps coming back to FNAF. ID's Fantasy just released a video talking about timelines, etc. I know RyeToast has also been revising his opinions on what is in or out. For me the "separate continuities" covers a start, middle and end for storytelling. Scott planned out the first three. Then worked through 4 to Pizzeria Simulator (and included the novels). Then came AR, Help Wanted, etc, which referred to the original three as VR game creations. I think continuities are where Scott started and stopped his planning; rather than all games for all times in their own timeline. Only Scott can confirm.
It could be possible that William has more than three kids that we are aware of, one of them, heck some of them could have lived to adulthood like Michael did. They could have done their dad's dirty work by going to multiple Freddy Fazbear's locations and "tying up loose ends" for their Daddy Dearest.
I did a video called ["The Immortal And The Restless" Afton connection FNAF theory]; which followed up on a video by YT: Kikilala - that was about how Clara was a mistress and could have had William's fourth child. The correct age for movie Vanessa would mean she would need to have been born around the time Mike was. Not impossible. The novelization of the movie does characterize Vanessa as an animatronic. So I worked with that and thought of the similarities with the Charlie-bot.
Haven't seen the movie or played the games yet, but I think it's possible that Vanessa is probably the oldest child of William and the blonde boy is probably her younger brother, Cassidy. So it's likely that a teenage Vanessa probably played a prank on her brother while dressed in her Vanny costume this resulting in the bite. Not to mention that Vanessa probably had a younger sister named Elizabeth who got scooped by Circus Baby.
The problem with putting the movie into its own category is that the movie becomes a standalone creation. A guy who gets jobs that puts victims in the business were his child victims are, only to be stopped by his daughter who was supportive of her father but changes her mind. Resulting in her ending up in a coma and him left to rot in the backroom. If this is standalone movie than its a creepy little horror movie that has too many questions. Although if you make use of the novels, games, etc in one single universe then Henry's creation of an animatronic with an illusion disk covers Vanessa's existence. Guards being sent to the restaurant by William explain the reason for the first three games. Mike Schmitt has been given more of a fleshed out character, and not Mike Afton. The movie makes for a good addition to the complete universe. Also, the Vanny costume is linked to the 2030's with FNAF AR. And Cassidy is known to have short black hair.
Or those working and prompting the movie wanted more females for the film overall. Despite mostly animatronics and three unnamed males was the entire cast for the first Freddy's game. With chica being the only "female" to be had. Go into the movie with mindset of place a female everywhere, even in a role the male "lead" would've had. In short they hated Scott's Fnaf.
I can confirm this as I had to make the picture myself. The novel doesn't have an actual photo to show, only a description. I didn't want to pretend it was authentic so I gave it a pieced together look.
He says "I'm going to hold out until someone checks" he's going to hope to not die after getting stuffed long enough to get saved. During the day he doesn't need to be saved, in fnaf 3 it's shown that door open or not they can't enter so ha can just chill while staring at them until he sees them return to the stage. And if it was sealed he wouldn't be able to enter it in the first place, someone doesn't just pull away welding/wood/whatever was used to seal the room.
If we only take the first game, then yes. The biggest concern he has is the animatronics want to stuff guards into costumes found in the back room. Mike (and FNAF community) didn't have any additional information, so would have seen Phone Guy as a victim in the security office. Access can come from vents as well. The game "Into the pit" Oswald uses one to move around. In the movie Phone Guy and Mike both use them out of desperation. Not all of the animatronics follow the same rules. The core four don't access the back room. Puppet is the only one controlled with music. Foxy can see through the mask. Some of the animatronics might have access to the safe room, better to wear a costume and hide.
im pretty sure that fnaf 1 takes place on 1992, but the thing which makes "afton death pre fnaf 1" not really trustfull is the man "dave" on the week before and with the whole moltenMCI stuff his recording about the safe room sealing "are being sealed at most locations. Including this one." by the time of fnaf 1, it was just one location, so why seal all of them if its gonna to use *1* of them? and his style of recording on that tape is the same from the pre tapes "and remember to smile, you are the face of freddy fazbear's pizza" impying that its pre fnaf 2, since after that he says "good night" or "see you on the flipside" why would afton use the golden freddy costume on 1987? because the springbonnie one was sealed on the 1985 location so the "check inside the suits" is most likely about his body, since he says "empty heads" theres empty animatronic heads scattered around backstage
It was great to see how many partners Scott has in the development of new FNAF content. Into the Pit was good - plenty of lore to talk about. The Mimic game was interesting - I'm looking forward to that. VIP was short with not much to talk about. Five Laps was an incomplete demo - I would have rather waited. The best part so far has been RyeToast mentioning he's thinking Fazbear Frights could be canon to the games. Gas lighters should be up in arms; everyone knows the books are separate to the games ;)
Not to mention that they serve as a hint system or at best covert game ideas to be implemented or adapted into future games. Yet I really do want to check out the games and the books.
Whilst I like this interpretation, I don’t think it is possible. Phone guy dies to the animatronics (fnaf 1 night 4 phone call) whereas purple guy dies after dismantling them (fnaf 3 night 5 minigame). This makes it hard for them to be the same character.
Does Phone Guy die? It's implied something bad was happening. We know from the banging the animatronics are breaking in, and PG asks Mike to check the back. The back being parts and service? Where the animatronics can't go? Was the PG's plan to run to parts and service and hide in a springlock costume of which PG trained the staff in the correct way to wear them, until Mike could get back to check on him?
In FNAF 4 the girl outside talks about this, as well as Phone Guy later on. Both know of the Springlock costumesas having space for a child to go. The Fazbear Frights story "The New Kid", there's room for a teenager. Freddy, Bonnie, Chica and Foxy are animatronics, no compartment. Their heads were placed on the children's shoulders as their bodies by Puppet, not bodies.
Micheal is the one who you play as in fnaf 4 his dad used things that used sounds to make him see things so he would stay home. Also you play as Micheal in fnaf 1-6
According to the Character Encyclopedia; Crying Child is the one having the nightmares in FNAF 4. He is also eye level to a door knob, showing his height. The story of Dittophobia recreates the room at the rental facility and is used by the community to explain Mike Afton knowing nightmare Freddy's appearance; I see Fredbear plush sharing the memory with Mike during Sister Location, see video "The Character Encyclopedia and Mike Afton". Mike Afton as the character in FNAF 1-3 comes from 'fired for odor' not the only answer, see video "Phone Guy is the Hero".
Ah yes! The back of a room hang! (The name of the music you used) I love when people use it for theorizing cause I grew up on fnaf theory videos that used this exact music. Thats why almost all of my fnaf theory videos use it

I'm all for book evidence but you talk about games and Silver Eyes a few times as if they're the same continuity here, unless I've misunderstood the wording.
You understand me right. My separation doesn't come from books and games differing but which games/books go together. I'm working on a script now that covers FNAF 1-3 is the original, then up-to UCN is second, then the HW2 is third. The continuity comes from release dates of source material; not the medium they are made.
@@FazbearsMenagerieOfMadness Okay, that works for the games and Frights/Tales, Scott leaves it up to us. But, it doesn't work for the Silver Eyes trilogy, which are canon to the franchise but explicitly not the same continuity. Sure ideas and themes are either the same or parallel eachother but, for example, there's no Charlie Puppet which must mean you can't place them on the same timeline. Do you get what I mean? You can't have Charlie-Bot and Charlie-Puppet in the same sequence of events to stick with that example. It works with the rest of the books, just not that trilogy.
My video "Charlie & Charlotte are different characters" covers this. You can't have Charlie-bot without Charlotte processing Puppet. The Ella doll inside of Charlie is connected with Charlotte. The doll connects the spirit of the dead with the living (animatronic). This I think is nedium-ship which I spoke about in "Fredbear plush is important". A better example of different characters would have been Henry. A fake Henry dying in Silver Eyes would need to be convincingly dead, and able to bleed. Just like the animatronic Henry made in Charlie. If Henry made one more, and wanted to spare Charlie his ongoing remorse; an animatronic of him would need to be stabbed and leave the blood at the base of the stairs. As long as the Sheriff doesn't investigate too much. Henry leaves the animatronic to the grave and moves on leaving Charlie to his sister Jen.
this might be a stretch, but if there ARE two spring bonnie suits, it's possible that it could've been the suit Michael wore in Night 4 of Sister Location
It would be a good story narratively, sins of the father coming back for the son. Although the springlock Bonnie and Freddy heads don't have a separation line down the middle. It's more likely something intended for the Circus Baby restaurant.
I've thought that once Fredbear got possessed in 1985 then we called it Golden Freddy. Although in FNAF 4 seeing a bear on stage and Henry(?) in the Fredbear costume would suggest two. I was thinking about it while writing this video. I'll think about it some more and do something in the future.
What if after fazbear frights was burned in fnaf3 Williams corpses went to fredbears and possessed the scraptrap suit.after all in fnaf4 we see a spring Bonnie that seems to resemble scraptrap mor than spring trap

So let's get the source material involved. If the reddit post "Is the book canon?" is what we are talking about then it was written because "reviews on Amazon chastise the book [Silver Eyes] for not matching the games". FNAF 1-3 was considered the "original story" in Dawko and Scott's interview. FNAF 4 and the novels differ from early games because "sometimes the lore of something can become so crowded that you can't tell an original story anymore". The books aren't "intended to fit together like two puzzle pieces", although "the book is canon, just as the games are". "The book is a re-imagining of the FNAF story..." [FNAF 1-3]. As I'm using the novels and Scraptrap then I'm clearly using the revised continuity. Something I'm looking into now is what the first three games lore was compared to the games and stories that followed. I don't have a quote from the Fazbear Frights range so if you know of one then please direct me to it.
I was referring to the The Silver Eyes graphic novel. The illustrated adaptation published in December 2019. Today it costs about the same as a Tales from the Pizzaplex book.

Quick answer - I do believe the theories I give. Detailed answer - I believe that the games and books are set in the same universe. I've read the reddit post in 2015 about separate continuities and believe that was a response to poor book reviews for The Silver Eyes novel. The Ultimate Guide also doesn't refer to that post, even though the book is targeted at getting new fans up to speed with the theorist community.
@@FazbearsMenagerieOfMadness that's fair, the separate continuities quote has been doing a ton of legwork for theorists since it came out. I'm not convinced that the Fazbear Frights books are in game canon but I'd love to see a timeline that connects the games (esp sister location) to those books. I'll have to go back and re-watch your older videos to get a fuller perspective on your view, though I think you should remake your oldest videos that you think hold up, specifically anything you had AI voice and art in. It's really distracting and a lot of people have ethical problems with the way the technology is used and developed, so they'll bug out as soon as they notice. You have some really interesting ideas and I hope your channel blows the F up.
I definitely feel like the scraptrap design was probably a prototype that wasn’t implemented with the audio lure technology while the springtrap design was used for both Fredbear’s and Freddy’s. After the fnaf 3 fire, william went somewhere (maybe Freddy’s or Fredbear’s) to find and wear the scraptrap suit for both stability, and to get rid of the audio lure feature from the previous suit. And after the fnaf 6 fire and when vanny was probably rebuilding afton using his corpse, glamrock Endo parts (or the mimic), and the springtrap suit from the story “Pressure”.
There is also a theory that William used parts of golden Freddy to fix his suit. This would line up with the fact that his upper jaw looks a lot like the one that golden Freddy has. Also this could have been the part where cassidy attached herself to Williams soul and when he was weak enough after the fire she put him in to the UCN coma.
The use of Golden Freddy also helps to explain how Cassidy moved on and became the Princess. So that's understandable. Small clue though; Scraptrap has large rabbit teeth, the FNAF 3 Bonnie costume doesn't, neither does Golden Freddy. While William was falling apart he finds and installs some rabbit teeth? If its William's costume then they come with it.
I also believe there is two fredbears one that looks like fredbear in fnaf 4 and one that looks like withered golden Freddy (one is lost and one got changed to the fnaf 1 version like the other animatronics)
Are you comparing 1980's Bonnie to FNAF 3 Springtrap? Different hues in games change the colour of characters. FNAF 3 dark green, Pizzeria Simulator amber, Security Breach red.
This is the "Is the book canon?" discussion from Scott in 2015. I disagree with the communities explanation, instead read it as referring to story and character arcs. The post was written in response to the books not solving FNAF 4. Each game Scott releases hasn't solved the previous games; and the novel was no exception.
