WOW that's something to hear. I listened to that band a lot for a few years. Just like a lot of others. It's cool to hear how it ended from Mike himself. I used to be in a lot of garage bands and at some level I can relate to what he said. Boy can I relate to what he said about Vito 🤔
Eddie mentioned that the Floyd Rose he was given went straght on his main axe too, in the Guitar Player Magazine interview related to the Diver Down album, back in 1982-83.
And Dave Meniketti, probably the most underrated rocker of all time, with that timeless vocal prowess, emanating from the stage,......That crowd has no idea how lucky they have it to say they saw,not only Y&T,but the raging, underdog band known as Madame X,yes, providing the"womb" and playground for a young Bas to hone his way to the top....52 and still feelin` it man--keep it goin` to the end guys....
The scariest thing about this roller-coaster is not seen on video. In fact it is the seat and the car. The car is as opened as possible, it is more like a platform with chairs on top of it. And you may think passenger will get a lot of safety belts for that chair like a jet pilot in order to do that first drop. Ha, there is one belt and special cylinder which blocks your legs near the belly. Of course it gives enough safety... but it feels like, you know :))))
Sad what happened I mean look what we did .We decided depressing music was gonna be the new and the fun feel good sound of 80s music was gonna die and bands like white lion didn’t stand a chance .Now the world is consumed with negativity ,anger ,heavy drug induced depression and those bands that felt so good faded away .I love Vito and I love Mike and how they made me feel when I was a kid was pure magic that no music since has made me feel
