I just had mine installed tonight - but it’s very difficult to roll the paper up and down - it feels way too stiff and the plastic chain has come apart a couple of times. How can I make the paper roll up and down effortlessly using the chain? Any advice / tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much! ☺️🙏🏽
this was a failure for me. i could never get it to look better than the camera was already doing. i spent months fiddling with it. ive been in the tv business for 30 years and it never did much. took forever to balance every time ending up sitting in case and selling it for half what i paid. TOTAL FAILURE for me.
I’m trying to understand the light output. The video says approximately 1000 Lux for 1m. I’m considering the Rotolight AEOS 2 and their website says 1m gives a reading of approx 10,000. Are these numbers to be believed? Is the Aeos 2 THAT MUCH more powerful? Or are they manipulating data somehow?
My DIY, the paperroll is jammed very difficult to roll down or up, i have a set of 3, 2 work perfectly fine only one has this issue what should i do ? Should i cut the border from one side ?

Good afternoon. I really need your help. the signal when it passes through my table Roland V-02HD , and enters the OBS for streaming, it loses a lot of quality. I have the camera at 1080 and the OBS also at 1080. Does the roland table have to be configured internally for the output to be 1080? it takes some update to the roland table to have 1080 output ??thanks a lot for your help.🙏 thanks
Can I ask you a suggestion on where to put the plugs on the ceiling? Because if I have to to plug the flashes and move them around, I don't know it if would be best to plug all the flashes at the center of the rail system, or maybe at the sides.
Thank you for the video about the wall mounting. However, I am confused about something. I currently purchased Savage Seamless Background Paper 86" wide x 36. My question is if I decide to switch to Savage Seamless Background Paper 107" wide x 36 how do I mount the roller in order to contain both 86" x 36 and 107" x 36 for future changes. Can this system be used with a cloth backdrop with a loop/sleeve at top? Just tape it to the aluminum crossbar? Will that roll up OK without creating wrinkles or creases? I'd recommend getting rid of that logo lower third, it's obscuring a lot of what you're showing.
Good question. Yes the side without the chain should have a screw that increases the tension and prevents this from happening. Not over tighten just enough to stop it.

hi There, does pantagraph runners or carriage of the moving rails has a brake system? My ceiling has a vertical axis on a 4-5 degree fall. it's not flat. But horizontal axis on flat (0 degrees). do you think I can put fixed rails on flat and moveable rails on a slanting axis (vertical)?
