Raced a buddy’s 107 heritage softy and I was on my 103 streetglide. Honked off at 30 and I took him by a good half bike.. Also raced him on my 88twin softy springer (with stage 2 kit). Same results for the most part but he claims past 100+ he was slowly reeling in just not enough to catch. Love the power twins have.
I've got the 107 in addition to a 103 twin cam. The 107 is much more modern, smoother, and more isolated in feel. It's a very easy bike to ride. It however doesn't have the character and feel of the twin cam. The TC feels much more like a Harley
Too bad that GL1800 doesn't look good and it's not a fast bike... But I'm glad you can tell yourself something cool in your own head. 😂🤦♂️👍 Every bike I own, even my DuelSport DirtBike, will beat a GL1800 in the 1/4 mile.
