Love this format so so much more than the typical sensationalist NYC real estate video with brokers vying for attention with the apartments they are showing. Lovely music too!
I think units at this price point are white box to provide the eventual owner a "blank canvas" per se to decorate and deign as they see fit.... though I've seen plenty of units stay white
