I got married on 20th May last year, weather was absolutely perfect! 20 degrees and bright blue sky all day so we were incredibly lucky 😍 Our theme was sage green, white and gold and it was beautiful. We had a planner with the venue but only to coordinate the day and timings, we did everything else ourselves and went with preferred suppliers that the venue gave us so coordinating was stress free
I got married 8th September 2018- the weather was overcast, windy, drizzled at one point and then bright aunshine in the afternoon 😂 Apart from any photos you may want outside, ill be honest that rhe weather becomes low down on priorities for the day. We didn't have a wedding coordinator but rather the hotel manager took that role and made sure everything ran smoothly. He was an angel ❤

I think you should go rustic. I went with an Oregon coast beachy vibe with light blue, white and sand. We got married in January so inside wedding. And we didn't have a coordinator, my mom and one of her coworkers figured lots of stuff out as well as myself. But just do what you want to do and makes you happy. You will be gorgeous as always!

Been married since 2011. Didn't have a wedding planner. Don't waste money on a big cake, nobody ever eats it. Get cupcakes and a small cake for you guys to cut! That's one of my pieces of advice for you 😉
I live in guernsey uk and don’t have tiktok shop I so wish I did 😩 as for my wedding I got married two days after Valentine’s Day and it was sooo hot and lovely day! I also organised our wedding myself and done everything myself but I also had small wedding as don’t have friends and not much family either ❤
Congrats on your upcoming wedding!! My wedding coordinator was not a professional but a sweet friend with a type A personality who went above and beyond to keep things rolling that day. She worked very hard in spite having a cold on the day of my wedding. She did drop the ball in certain areas because she’s not a pro but someone whose just doing her best. We had multiple meetings about the timelines, the venue, the vendors, the bridal party, all the logistics which helped my day go so smoothly. Wedding coordinators are super important because in the areas she missed, I really felt it take a little bit away from the day but not big enough to ruin anything (some important items were misplaced and not brough to the venue, one of the songs we were gonna dance to never played when it was supposed to so we ended up not doing that dance, some of the decor with info for guests was not put up, and some special family items got lost). Small things like that. I found having someone to run the day for me freed me up to not have to be in charge, and I was able to just enjoy the day. My bridesmaids and the groomsmen also coordinated with her which helped us out a lot to just take everything in. Highly recommend it!
My experience with my wedding - wedding coordinator not important, date I got married in April this year. This year and last year, end April has been gorgeous we had beer garden weather!
I got married 19th May, it drizzled in the morning but was beautiful for the rest of the day…not too hot not too cold, and we got a gorgeous sunset also ❤ p.s - rain is supposed to be a good omen for your wedding day 😉

For my wedding the venue was more focused on nature because it will be the most timeliness imo. Also I got married on August 4th which was hot af we moved up the wedding because my dad was sick otherwise I would’ve done November. I’m in the US btw

We got married June 4th in good ole Dallas TX. It was hot as hell. Originally planned for a fall wedding , but husband had to deploy the following week. But we did it on our property and it was more rustic and intimate. Absolutely perfect and low stress. ❤
