Looks like it moves around a lot. You are holding it with one hand & cranking with the other hand. You cannot hold a cup to get the ice in it like that.
I was wondering the same thing. I called Swan & they no nothing about it. I even gave them the model number mentioned here. They no nothing about this manual block shaver. But have seen it for sale for $800
@@BBBYpsi don’t get it I bought one but it does not keep up with demand if you are a shaved ice company. It will keep up with one or 2 people at a time like in a restaurant if you were ordering a dessert later on in the meal.
@@dolphgonzales4196 Was not planning on getting a manual one But if I did get a manual one it would just be for personal use and I would probably get the Fujimakara MC11 Since that is only $450. But from what I've seen when you crank it to get to shave's eyes you have to hold one side of it with 1 hand and crank with the other hand you can't put your boner cup underneath to get thedice cause it shakes so much
@@dolphgonzales4196 Says it can do 90 pounds an hour. I'm looking for one, but I need it to be manual operated until I can afford a truck with power to use it. Also, where do you get ice molds at? Do you have a recommendation for a heavy manual operated shave ice machine?
@@timothyjburton I bought one it doesn’t keep up with the demand of the shop. So it’s up to you if you want to get it. It’s good for personal at home use or a restaurant who’s focus is on food not just on shaved ice.
Can you update this- I need help-but the video being 8yrs old, the wires have changed color and there is a white one with the red one now, and theres 3 wires hooked to that part, not 2, and I dont know how this will effect the end result. Thanks!
They are around $ 2000.00. Avoid a used one without checking condition and operation. These machines are built like tanks and with proper care will last 10 - 15 years. Change the blade every 3- 4000 servings
