Troy, I believe the answer may also be in the accounts receivables and the accounts payables through double bookkeeping entries from the accrual method of accounting. I’m petty sure there wasn’t ever any bona fide consideration exchanged… furthermore, the federal reserve act section 16 paragraph 2 states: the collateral security thus offered shall be notes… I have received no facts or evidence of any disclaimers or written consent that the alleged borrower was properly informed of their note value or authorized a dual collateralization of their note and real property, nor do I believe any such facts or evidence exists. Nemo dat quod non habet… how could the real property be pledged as collateral without having first received evidence of the loan deposit so the borrower could purchase the property, so they could pledge it as collateral? Food for thought sir…

Are you in Texas? I have that type of case that is, without a doubt, to the lenders best advantage to agree to ANY SETTLEMENT OFFER PRESENTED (CORRECTLY), in order to avoid the destruction that my evidence would possibly cost them. That's not only in money, loss of license, fines, penalties and sanctions, but also criminal charges and possibly prison.. I NEED YOUR HELP, PLEASE!

A question you may be able to guide me in the right direction. I'm in Oklahoma. I Purchased a Home in Jan 2023, with mortgage payments. Contract was signed Jan 15th 2023 but dated Feb 1st 2023. Today, March 17th 2024, The Realtor I used to buy and close deal with Called me and said he now needs me to sign a "APPENDIX B. RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY CONDITION DISCLAIMER STATEMENT FORM", said he simply forgot to have me sign one back when the deal was finalized. But, the way he spoke to me, extra nice asking me to sign it. Also, he emailed it to me and it's predated 3 months before the deal was closed (10/22/2022) and even before I first seen the home up for sale. I want to walk away since it's so sketchy instead of signing. I've made a lot of repairs and planned to do more soon but I'm afraid to know what they may throw at me next and I may end up screwed in the end some how and be without the money I've out into it. On the other hand my contract itself says "as is" sale. But, is the contract even legal and final since I was never given the RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY CONDITION DISCLAIMER STATEMENT FORM. Confused here in Oklahoma

Once a Plaintiff files a law suit, such as an bank or lender, by an Attorney, the Defendant usually has an Attorney, place their appearance on the record, without an answer or counterclaim, claiming ownership interest to the financial asset that the bank or lender is holding, which actually belongs to the alleged borrower, who is the depositor of the collateral security procurement note.

Banks do not pay out loans from the fiat currency they receive as deposits. If they did this, no additional fiat currency would be created. What they do when they make loans is to take promissory notes that are a substitute for money not being lent, for which the security note belonging to the signer is exchanged for digital credits to the alleged borrowers' transaction account. The bank doesn't own the security note, because it did not provide any fiat currency. The proceeds from the sale of the note funded the check given to the seller at closing.

What happens if you put your rent in escrow 6/2023 landlord does not responded to the rent escrow (present 1/2024) you file to have funds release repairs (that city made him do) just got completed 12/20/23?

In Ohio, can landlords offer surety bonds to prospective residential tenants in place of a security deposit? I couldn't find anything in the ORC that said yes or no.

I'm from Bakersfield Californian This company has violated my rights and they win against the contract I'm paying $810 a month I have asked this company to fix this apartment and they are not doing nothing about it I'm living in bad conditions I'm living with roaches with a broken boiler I had PG&e to come out here and it turns out the boiler was like a time bomb it was leaking gas I have proof of every single video pictures how this company has violated everybody's rights in my rights as well as a human being this is not the way for me to live as a disabled person I want somebody to fight for my case ..... I have still have mole inside my restroom they had lied to Charlie Hernandez telling him I did not let no employee to come inside my apartment and that was a lie from their behalf from the office employees.... And the person that picks up the rent his name is Manuel it's his fault as well then I'm living in bad conditions... I had no water for 6 months in my kitchen sink they did that on purpose because I reported them to the city.. I am going to send you the videos and text messages how these people are violating my rights as a human being I have text messages since last year and this year..... Mold 3 years Roaches 1 years Balcony is falling The boiler doesn't work the boiler I have at home is illegal the PG&e told me in person. There's been gas lick They blocked my number rental This company is a nightmare and they're causing fraud on clients

I’m an heir/personal representative defending a “forced foreclosure” let’s say, on my family home for going on 4 years. My grandmother passed 10/2022 and her only son my dad passed 4 months later leaving me to handle both estates which being a typical millennial I knew absolutely nothing about. I’ve never even gotten a loan or has a bank account so I knew there was insurance and legal admin responsibilities worth paying a lawyer for so I hired a probate attorney who has effectively led me to the foreclosure slaughter and at this point has refused to defend the case and hit me with a $10k bill delivered with a fresh threat of putting a prin on the same home I’ve been fighting for which is so low knowing that I’ve cried on his desk on more than one occasion expressing and explaining how there is unclaimed funds meant to pay true creditors and that is evidenced in the recorded will which somehow doesn’t matter because that’s probate court and the foreclosure is brought against myself as personal representative of the estate and that’s a different judge sooo… lol idk I’m sorry to ramble in your comment section mr. Lawyer my point is I’ve watched a lot of videos on a lot of different aspects that you touched on and the way you explained it with the check made everything clock for me and I very well may use the same explanation to a jury which I know you can appreciate how valuable that is for me so I wish blessings on you Troy Doucet! since before I moved in , parking lot issue I live in the back , front neighbors ,s son has girl.s wagon in my drive way, 24 /7 or friends call landlord, nothing, I pay light and gas connected to basement all tenants use my lights and now she has a man that tracks my porch with mud, trows wood and tools everywhere I pay for back yard also no stipulations in contract beore I rented, now she calls different companies want to come in at all times in my apartment . No call from her or document. My rent is up to date I am a latino US and I'm I am 62 alone. where are my rights here

Everything had to be documented in writing... about your complaints and keep recorde of them this vedio is giving you rights as a tenants is up to you to exercise them. And again you can't be afraid to open a civil case against the Landlord... matter of fact you can continue paying and doing your part only diffence is you need order to be established bc the landlord gives to rats about you.

I was injured on my rental property after making my landlord aware of the problem 3 separate times. I’ve lived here 12 yrs with no issues. Now she has begun to nit pick me . Can she evict me for no reason?

very fair review. The main issue was not being able to scroll through / to pages quickly, and just not having the pages to look at / flip through. It took me about 4 months to get used to it, it sat on the shelf during that time. Now the lightbulb went on and I don't leave home without it. For the flipping through pages, there's a great feature that brings up a snapshot of each page (numbered) and you just click to your page. About 12 page snapshots to flip through. I think it's great. Automation is always better. But good and fair review.

Thank you, Troy for the video on attacking the Note's Enforceability. I have been attacking some issues in my fraud foreclosure that was nonjudicial and one is the pretender-lender could not bring about a claim. You clarified what I understood in my mind and now, I have the confidence to challenge it. My situation involved a mortgage company and lender friend. I have experienced the worst years of my life and my property taken. Thank you again and will be checking out other videos posted. This is gold!

What if you were referred to collections for 2 missed assessments and the collections agency is charged 125% of the amount due for fees and $90 per payment and $500 to setup a payment plan?

You need to read your CC&Rs & Corporation By-laws. Those, along with State Statutes on Condominium/Homeowners Associations dictate exactly what the HOA and their attorneys can do, and cannot do. Your "Rights" go away when you buy into an HOA, and Their Rules are the Rules of the Day!

What if the buyer was never told during closing there was an HOA and even in the closing papers under “ is there a HOA” it’s marked NO but the buyer after moving in is getting mail from the HOA reporting late payments? Is the buyer responsible to pay these fees and if they don’t do they have a case since the closing papers said there wasn’t one?
