As a retired mechanical engineer, it's my duty to use the jankiest possible apparatus that can get the job done per it's strict functional requirements. Safety, convenience, modernity - be damned.
Yeah I was already riding towards this curfuffle and before I saw it, I could hear someone yelling something like "that's my board!" From what I gathered they were trying to keep him from moving, as they had him blocked in from the front. But this area is particularly well traveled intersection and it was causing a backup. They were pretty nice to let him go just because they didn't want to inconvenience everybody else.
I think he tried to walk away with it at first, and then claimed that somebody had arranged to sell it to him there and he thought it was left for him as per this mystery transaction. That's sort of what I could make out from the convo I heard.
@@AllHijinksNoHighDinks Okay that totally makes sense. I would have dragged dude from the car if I was there. Nowadays people pull out their phones rather than doing the right thing.
@@jasonolszanicky4035 Dude did you not see that literally 3 people jumped to the dude's rescue. Ever heard of "too many cooks in the kitchen"? What the hell is is one more yelling hothead going to do in that situation. At least by filming the ordeal, I could help the police report if he threatened violence (which he did, if you can hear).
@@AllHijinksNoHighDinks I am one of the few people that are back at you on this. I am not sure why you're arguing with a person that is agreeing with you on every subject at hand? Every one of your thumbs up is me loving what you do. You need to be less combative add more supportive of people that support you.
Haha I initially assumed like 80% of people would get the reference. But in retrospect it's probably under 10%. The youth can be forgiven, but everyone else is out of touch. Congrats for being one of the good ones.
I'm assuming you were playing online SCRABBLE in a different window and that was just the perfect word. Either that, or this is just a bot leaving irrelevant political comments. The only other possibility is that you're just some right wing weirdo ironically promoting the communist agenda by allowing all liberals to live in your head rent-free.
God teenagers are so young and dumb. Why did she even call her boyfriend first. Call police then him. This all could’ve been avoided if she didn’t use her boyfriend as a security guard
Not really, just that it was really short and hard. Haha if you want to get sleuthing, this was at Life Church of Salinas, CA. I'm sure you can find a phone number and get a receptionist to chase down the manufacturer and product #.
This is Brommer Street Park on the east side of Santa Cruz (Capitola technically). Typically it is packed all weekend with open play, mostly in the 3.5 range but about a dozen or so 4.0+ regulars as well. When you say "me weekened", do you mean this weekend? Because it's supposed to be super rainy - nobody will be there.
6:57 FOOT FAULT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Totally docking them a point next time we play.
I'm three quarters decent when I'm not limping around the court due to injuries in both knees and both feet lol. Alas, my addiction compels me to put forth a pathetic and lackluster display of mediocrity.
@@AllHijinksNoHighDinks Haha fair play, injuries are part of the game and yes they suck! I too battle from injured knees and at the moment plantar fascitus which makes for a tough day at the office. Which player are you?
@@TheDBNpoison You know I'm the Johnny Cash impersonator in all black! I was super solid for the first 18 months i played pickleball. Zero injuries, just good times and rapid improvement. Then a couple months ago I had to sell my house, got covid, got plantar fasciitis, got something jammed deep in my ear drum, then hyper extended both my knees inwards. It's been one nightmare after another week after week since then. A couple days ago I officially resigned to white knuckling through the pain just to play shit games like this one, and instead I just try to find people who are down to do light drilling where I can basically just stand in place (speedups, resets, firefights, drops, etc). It's provided a modicum of peace.
Haha niiiice try. There's always somebody calling foot fault in the comments, whether or not there is one. Usually it's me. Take a screenshot of a frame where either foot is over the line and I"ll send you a brand new Joola Perseus.
Yep it was a Tae-Kwon-Do studio, so "Karate USA" was a bit of a misnomer haha. I can understand what motivated that naming decision though. In 1990s North Carolina, relatively few people had heard of Tae-Kwon-Do, but everybody at least thinks they know what Karate is.
@@AllHijinksNoHighDinks the key word here is liberal. my own life is probably much more luxurious than yours. Bet you don't own a 8 bedroom four bath home loser.
@@chrisw5742 I don't engage in trolling. Defending the globe earth is an act of good faith for humanity. The other dude was espousing a one party rule system, in which President has unlimited powers akin to a monarch (provided he isn't a "Demoncrat libtard"). Thanks for your complement though, this track was originally improvised late night with percussion accompaniment as well as a handle of Jameson :)
