my local government and the state of michigan got my private property and built a public walking trail on it. I was never paid for my property, I was preasured by the township supervisor over a period of time to sign my property over to them as i was the only one who hadnt done that and i was holding things up, he sais we dont wanna go eminant domain on you .( I didnt want to sell the property but i eventually signed the property over under the impression i was being paid for it. I not thought it possible they could get my property and not pay me. IT NEVER OCCURED TO ME THAT I WOULDNT BE PAID RESTITUTION, HOW COULD I NOT BE PAID FOR MY PROPERTY?That wasnt possible. I am disabled and was living on SSDI at the time, I owned that property and paid property taxes on it for over 30 years. They got it for free and I lost the property and took a hit financialy. The constitution was supposed to protect me and see that im givin just restitution, Is ZERO just restitution?, Must be, thats what i got its been a few years now and Id like to report it AS a theft of property to the Sheriffs dept. you guys contradicted yourself. you said if state and federal contradict, then federal law wins, this means that federal minimum wage would WIN over state laws, which is not the case. those 2 things directly contradict each other and state law is supreme. or atleast that's how it is across the usa. article 6 is talking about how constitution is above all law makers and federal and state law. it's above everything including the president. all the law makers need to pass laws that are constitutional. state or federal laws can't contradict the constitution. federal law and constitutional law are NOT the same. the constitution is above federal law, this is article 6 talking about. a state law like california's state 55 mph speed limit for big rigs. there is no federal law that contradicts it, so it makes sense it can be enforced. it doesn't make sense to have both federal minimum wage, and state minimum wage, and then claim the federal wins if conflict, but then instead of having federal win all the states enforce the state minimum wage instead. that doesn't make any sense.

It’s why the corporate owned tv company could have the reality show then they released an album on the corporate owned label then they write the book about their worthless life which no one should care about and then the same owned corporate news covers their life or relates their life to social issues.
