Oh yes, 2,5 hours will be more than fine. You will definitely be on time then unless they have staff shortage like 2 years ago. But other then that you’re good 👍🏼
COMPLAINED TO AIRASIA STAFF IN THAILAND ABOUT MY LUGGAGE WAS DAMAGED BY AIRASIA AND AIRASIA STAFF CALLED FOR SECURITY GUARD TO SCARE ME. I AM NOT THE CRIMINAL, I REPORTED TO YOU THAT YOU HAVE DAMAGED MY BAG. THREE SECURITY GUARDS CAME STOOD THERE AND SAY NOTHING. I ASKED WHY SHE THINK SHE NEEDS SECURITY GUARD, THE GUARDS WERE QUIET. I TOOK OUT MY AUTHORITY ID AND SHOWED IT TO THE GUARDS AND ALL OF THEM WALK OUT OF THE ROOM. DONT FLY WITH AIRASIA! LET THEM GO BURST!
Air Asia gave never a refund for my already booked planeticket in the Covid year 2020. The borderlines was closed that i can't travel tot Thailand. The answer from Air Asia is that i not be there on the flight date, that means that i,'m in fault.
I've flown them many time from Kuala Lumpur International Airport Terminal 2 to Sandakan Airport, Sabah and it was a nice experience. AirAsia is a budget airline, what do you expect?
I expect them to give me what I paid for and if they don't then give me a refund. Just because you are a budget airline doesn't mean you can do whatever you like
Legends said, Airasia still haven't return the money for flights they've cancelled during covid times. Yes Airasia is very good in 'stealing' people's money and even we Malaysians hate airasia. The reason it is still doing well is because there arent many competitors in MY space so there's always market for affordability that supports airasia regardless how bad and unhonest airasia is.
That is indeed an absolute disgrace. I fully agree with you. Personally I’d rather pay more and fly Malaysia Airlines then ever set a foot again on an AirAsia flight
Thanks :) Yeah they do tend to hold you to the weight limitation for checked bags. Carry on was not checked weight-wise at any point. Since it was a short domestic hop we didn’t get a full meal. We did get a snack and a drink
@pirella15 The checked bag weight limit was 20kg. Any additional weight was I believe 440 per kilo. For business class it was 45kg but I was in economy

Hi, I paid 61 euros for the flight and it indeed came with check in luggage. I don’t remember exactly how much you were allowed to take but it could very well have been 20 kg indeed. There were no extra fees for the check in luggage
I fly a LOT and immunste say that TAROM has the BEST European business class. Great seats, lots of space, food is ok, drinks as many as you want….what else do you need ???

Hello , I should leave for Bulgaria next month, and I am very confused about the Tarom aeroplane. I am reading many reviews that make me more anxious, and I can’t stop reading or watching videos about it. Is it a safe plane? I don’t mind if they get me food or not; I just need to know if it’s safe.
I’m surprised that TAROM has the inflight entertainment screens on short haul flights as the only other European airline to do that is British Airways and Turkish Airlines. Inflight entertainment screens on non-long haul flights is more of a thing in North America and Asia.
I flew with Tarom this week The plane inside and out was utterly filthy. There was a large dead insect inside of the window, mould growing on the cabin lighting. The carpets were threadbare and every horizontal surface was dark grey with filth and grime, not to mention the dried food spattered over the cabin walls. There was no complementary anything and it was not a cheap flight from Amsterdam to Bucharest. I could feel the metal frame of the chair through what was left of the seat cushion. It was utterly disgusting. If a national airline displays this sort of neglect in the cabin and the outside of the plane, heaven only knows what is going on under the hood. NEVER again. Shame on you Romania!
Around 2018 I flew with TAROM on a 4 hour flight on night-time. It was very good, meal was hot and complimentary and they even offered pillows! I think that may be the reason pof their bad economic situation, but I still miss it.
