I don't know anything about Umineko, but I know of this song as U2 Akiyama is the composer for Hisoutensoku which is one of my favourite fighting games I stumbled accross this song while looking for his other works and I loved it, I was so ashamed when I couldnt find any piano arrangements to learn from Thank you very much for this! It's so good and I am so happy you made it, I cannot wait to learn from it
Thank you for your kind comment! U2 Akiyama is one of my favorite composers! Although I’ve never played Hisoutensoku (it looks like a really fun game, so I’d love to try it someday), his arrangement of The Grimoire of Alice is one of my favorite pieces of music. I’m also really glad that you enjoyed this video. I think playing this sheet music at this speed would be quite challenging, so it might be better to slow down the tempo or simplify the arrangement (I wrote too many notes because I wanted to capture the beauty of the original music). If you choose to simplify it, I suggest playing bars 6 to 13 twice instead of bars 14 to 21, and playing the right hand from bars 22 to 29 as single notes instead of octaves.
Thank you for your comment! I had tried to make an arrangement of Kuina before, but I quit when I found an arrangement made by the 世界観警察. It was a faithful arrangement of the original music, so I thought my version would be similar. But I love Kuina and I will try again. I have a lot of music to arrange, so it will be quite a while before I start.
Thank you for your comment! I love both miragecoordinator and worldenddominator, but there are some parts that are difficult for me to express the beauty of on the piano at my current level. I'd like to try it when I get better. By the way, have you seen the piano arrangements made by Aero? They're very beautiful arrangements, so I think you'll enjoy them. miragecoordinator (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-uhjWz6jLyUQ.html) worldenddominator (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-sJzlijAq4YY.html)
@@Vert.R.Itsuki I Heard those versions they're beautiful but sadly i coudn't learn the sheet and i'm trying to playing by myself, but anyway i'm waiting your next videos 👍
The next video will probably be either “prison strip(easy version)” or “kina no kaori” (both are almost finished). I think it will be a while before I start working on miragecoordinator or worldenddominator, but I've added them to my planned arrangements list, so please look forward to them. I might find it too difficult to make the arrangement and give up, so I'm sorry if that happens.
Thank you for your kind comment! I'm glad you enjoyed this arrangement! I'm also a big fan of reanimate, so it makes me very happy to know that fan of the original music are enjoying this arrangement. I've been busy lately and haven't been able to make arrangements, but I'll definitely continue working on them in the future. Thank you!
Thank you! I’m very glad you like this arrangement! In this video, the computer is playing the arrangement at 100% speed, the same speed as the original piece, but I think a tempo of about 70% would be appropriate when played by human hands. I wanted to express the beauty of the wonderful original piece, so I included too many notes, and the arrangement became too difficult. I'm currently creating a simpler and easier-to-play sheet music for this piece, so I'll let you know when it's completed! Good luck with your piano practice! I'll be rooting for you!
@@godsx0110 Thank you! I've been very busy recently and the work is progressing very slowly, so I may be late in uploading it, but I will definitely finish it. I will have more time in August, so I may not be able to upload until then.
Thank you for your comment! Actually, that music is already on my planned arrangement list. If no problems occur, I think I will be able to show the arrangement in a future video.
Thank you for your interest in my arrangement! I'm sorry, but I only have permission from zts to upload the video and sheet music, so I can’t upload the midi. I’m sorry I could not give you a positive response.
Thank you for your kind comment! Also, thank you for your request. “Thanks for being born” is one of my favorite music, but since there are wonderful official piano sheet music, I'm not really thinking about creating a piano arrangement for it at the moment. I’m sorry I could not give you a positive response. You can watch the performance of the official piano sheet music in the video below. @@Vert.R.Itsuki no worries, i forgot that was one of the pieces with official sheet music 😅 what about ballade continuer from episode 7? i feel like that one is underrated for how good it is
@YouSeeGundam It was used in the scene where Kinzo meets Beatrice for the first time, right? After reading your comment and listening to it again, I was moved by how beautiful it was, so I'm thinking of adding it to my planned arrangement list. I'm going to start working on it after I finish the few music I'm currently planning, but I have little experience arranging ballad-like music like this, so it might be quite a challenge for me. Sorry if I fail and give up.
Incredible... You managed to convey all the feelings the original song has... Despite being rendered in piano only, it's not monotonous at all. And the drawing is superb. Thank you very much!
Thank you very much for the lovely compliment! The biggest challenge in arranging this time was to avoid monotony. In the original piece, various instruments are used effectively to create a beautiful transition of atmosphere, but it was a challenge for me to express this with a solo piano. So, I was very happy to read your comment. Also, thank you for paying attention to the illustration! Thank you!
Thank you for your kind comment!! The original track is dark and very beautiful and I love it too. I'm very happy that you liked the arrangement and illustration! Thank you.
I always smile when I see a notification that you’ve posted again, great work as always! I never thought I’d see this song transcribed, and you’ve captured the feeling of the original so well. I love the intro artwork too, the way you shade and draw poses is impressive.
Thank you for the heartwarming comment! I wanted to express the beauty of the original piece with solo piano, so I am very happy to hear you say so. Also, I paid attention to the shadows and poses when drawing it, so I am thrilled that you saw that. Thank you!
Thank you so much for this masterpiece I cant wait to learn it!!!! You're amazing keep going thank you for fulfilling my request! The original is very challenging to arrange, you did very well
Another great rendition! Can I ask you to please upload a version without the introduction before 0:18? Songs with intros like that don't work well when you put them in a playlist, because the intro disrupts the flow of listening. I really like your arrangements, so I want to listen to them often, you see!
Thank you for the request! I'm glad you enjoyed this arrangement. I uploaded an unlisted video with the intro removed for playlist. Please access from the url below. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-0VbgWjqYkvw.html If you have any similar requests in the future, do not hesitate to let me know. I will be happy to respond!
Thank you for your comments, Aero! I was anxious to post this video because this arrangement I made had many monotonous parts and I seemed to have failed to express the beauty of the original music. But I am very happy and relieved to hear you say so. Thank you!!
Thank you! You can view the sheet music for this piece by accessing my pixiv page from the URL below and clicking "show all." You can also right-click on the score and download it. www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/112251153
Thank you for the comment. This video is played at 140 BPM, the same as the original, but the actual performance would be at a slower tempo. If I were to try to keep the tempo as close to the original piece as possible, I would have to omit many notes. For example, I would play only the prominent notes (e.g. harmony) in the intense left hand section, or I would make the right hand octave a single note. However, I like to play slowly without omission because I prefer complex music.
@@Vert.R.Itsuki yep the octave section could be one note only we wouldn't really hear the difference, and that particular left hand section, by reducing the tempo it could be doable (but i wouldn't try myself tbh...). sorry if my comment seemed rude i'm not the best at communication, have a nice day.
Thank you for your kind reply! No need to apologize, your comment is not rude at all. In the video summary section, I explained in Japanese about the actual tempo of the performance, and I had intended to mention this in English as well, but I had forgotten (your comment reminded me of it. Thanks). Also, I may post an easy version for faster performances in the future. Thank you. Have a nice day!
Thank you! I’m happy to hear that! And I completely agree with you about the original reanimate. It’s a truly cool masterpiece, but unfortunately, it missed the chance to become more famous because it wasn’t used in Umineko.
Thank you for your comment! By the way, I watched the arrangement of "The Great Detective Knows" that you posted. Thank you for creating such a beautiful arrangement. I hope someday I am able to create a beautiful and creative arrangement like yours.
