July 2024 and Al Green still matters to me. Today I'm feeling brokenhearted, I'm feeling injured and alone, not lonely just alone. Lord fix me for today I need your protection and guidance. Help me mend, in Jesus name. Amen
I feel lucky to have discovered this man’s music. If you like rl burnsides funky soul sound I highly recommend listening to the album ruckus by galactic. The lead singer theryl “houseman” declouet, RIP, had that same special something that you feel in deep down in your soul, and that entire album is a powerful jam full of New Orleans funk
im in love with this song so much it makes cry when i listen to it. i came back to listen to this because i have a dream where it was played and i think it has some mystical connection with my best friend who was in france when i had that dream
Mr.Green's music takes me back to the good old days when I was in high school.I'm 68 those days are gone but my memories are like his music.Still very much alive in my heart. Thank you Reverend Green❤❤❤❤❤❤
